Lol - yep mind you our surgery is a nightmare to get any sort of appointment - have to plan your illness a couple of weeks in advance if you want to see a doctor... I think there are too many patients registered for the number of staff.
ours is normally pretty decent. when i was working i phoned at the beginning of the week for a midwife appointment, so i didnt have to cancel shifts. xxx
god my skin has just errupted in spots like when i was in tri 1 its horrible, spots on my back, chin neck yuck!!! as if the swelled face wasnt bad enough, come on baby time to come out now xxx

I know... Scary stuff! Could literally be any day now for any of us Feb mummies to be...! I am finding myself constantly on twinge-watch! Watching every little niggly pain I get in case this 'is it!'
and Pip isn't engaged at all yet! Still has his head bobbing about about my pelvis
But, on a brighter note Got my nursing chair today. It's just one of those bentwood chairs and a footstool as there is t a huge amount of room in the nursery. Got chair and footstool for just over £30!!!! Bargain! And to make it even better my nan has said she will pay for it for us
Goin out for a meal with my nan, mum and aunt tonight too. We usually go out at the end of March as my aunt works abroad from April till October but with Pip due in the next 2-4 weeks, he may only be 3-4 weeks old when we go out and i don't wanna leave him that early, especially if he is a booby monster like I hope. His feeding won't be established enough for me to express and leave DH to it.
Yay for you ladies with babies 3/5ths
Hoping us Feb mummies pop soon too.
Youngmummy; I have more spots now too...
Carly; Lovely that you have managed to get your chair, bet its lovely. Don't worry that Pip isn't engaged, I'm only 4/5ths but could easily come back out, that and someone different measured so may not even be. Hope you enjoy your meal. xx
Here is a pic of my nursing chair and of the lovely blanket Bev has crocheted for Pip it's a lovely size and u can see the glittery wool finishing the edge
Pip has been very active today. Can tell as the little monkey currently has hiccups and they are on my right (he was on the left yesterday!)
Just back from my meal with my mum, nan and aunt. Was sooo funny I was crying and made myself have BH 's cos I was laughing so hard! my mum thought I was going into labour cos I was laughing so hard and the BH's! Lol!
Am sooooo full tho, I had a pudding and seriously don't know how I managed to eat it all with a baby in there too!
I honestly don't know how you managed a pudding either. I was amazed yesterday as we went to F&B's at lunch time and I managed to have 3 courses because it was lunch and a smaller portion but can never managed one let alone two on an evening. Glad you had a lovely time though xxx
I have only had heartburn at night so have started to prop myself up with yet more pillows. Mw said it was because Pip is still free and pushing on my stomach. Should die down a bit when/if he engages.
