Lovely to hear about all the scans and things going well!

My scan isn't till next Friday but I am one of the latest ones in the month. I feel lots of movements now, some feel quite big but haven't felt them from outside just yet. Got my doppler out yest and the battery had run out I was gutted and it's an unusual size so don't have a replacement one!

I have been feeling awful the last week, keep almost passing out! Midwife says it's quite normal at this stage for blood pressure to drop but doesn't want to see me to check anything which isn't helpful when I am at home with a 1yr old most of the time on my own and currently to worried to drive incase I have a funny turn in the car. Never had this first time round so hope it passes soon! Xx

So pleased all the scans and rescans went well and the experience was much better.
I had a nightmare day yesterday as I fell down my staircase whilst holding my youngest daughter. She was fine but i really banged my bum and lower back. Triage said to go straight in so once I had childcare I went in and they monitored me for a few hours and checked the baby, my reflexes and strength then a delightful internal exam. The main thing was that all was well and healthy with both the baby and me. I was so annoyed with myself!

Glad that all of you are fine, don't get annoyed but take it easy and watch your steps. I think now on as we get bigger we need to keep firm to be able to balance, especially on stairs. Take care

Glad all your scans went well. I had mine on Monday and all was ok with the baby but there's a slight issue with blood flow, faster on one side which can mean a small baby so have to have 3 more scans to monitor it

Hiya, good that you have scans in place to monitor. All will be well. Have they recommended that you do anything different ?

Hi Kimmy, take care. Keep some lemon juice with water and salt so you can keep sipping from time to time. Stay safe

Had my 20 week scan yesterday and all good and healthy! My sonographer was great she showed us everything and went into detail with everything she was looking at. Stayed team yellow. We have a front facing scan of our baby.. ooh and a little foot too!

Nic glad to hear the scan went well and sorry to hear you have an additional worry with the blood flow. Really good they'll be monitoring it. Did they do a doppler scan to find that out?
Ill be having extra scans too and have my section booked already but I find it all weirdly reassuring.

Thanks! I know. Im now making my daughter come down the stairs herself so I give myself a firm grip!

No I wasn't told to anything differently and they didn't seem to worried about it so I'm not going to panic especially as the baby is normal size at the moment, it was picked up at the 20 week scan. I'm seeing a consultant on Wednesday as I had pre eclampsia in my last pregnancy so will ask them about it

Hi ladies, pleased to see scans are all going well. Am looking forward to mine next Monday.

Quick question, I think one of my boobs have started to leak. 2 mornings in a row I've seen dried patches on my pj top. Isn't it too early for that though? I though it started in 3rd tri.

I believe it can start at any time really. More common in tri 3 but not unusual before then. Your body will still produce colostrum and all the milk your baby needs when it arrives.x

Thanks babybee. It's not a lot but did take me by surprise a little bit. Better get some breast pads in me thinks...!

I'm doing better again now and can't believe how the weeks are flying by! Must remember to phone and book my 25week appointment later. Had my scan on Friday and can't believe it but I caved at the last minute, I couldn't bare that the sonographer knew the sex and I didn't so we found out we are having a little boy this time, I am over the moon, 1 of each couldn't be more perfect although my husband is already saying no more now which upsets me but we will see in the future.

Lovely to hear you're all doing well. Congrats on team blue, Kimmy!
All good here, 22 weeks today and my goodness have I popped, even got offered a seat on the tube without a badge! Im still enjoying this stage so Im making the most of it before I start getting exhausted. Whilst my eldest is at pre-school, Im taking my youngest to lots of different activities. It's lovely but Im so tired by the end of the day Im in bed by 9!x
