I dont really understand why some laces allow MW to do it from 37 weeks and some 41 - its ridiculous! It shoudl be the same care for all ! xx

I'm with you on this it seems to vary so much. Inductions seem to be the same, some places earlier than others e.g. Here it's 13d post dd

Aaaarrrrggghhhhh. Sweep was unsuccessful, babies head is basically now completely in the way. Come on cervix, get with the program and dilate!

I agree. I'm totally fed up now. And only 38 weeks! The thought of 4 more weeks is unbearable! Wish I could bring things on sooner! X

I know its not fair! Also had a growth scan at 36w and was told he was measuring 38w and that if i went full term baby would be about 9 12 so if i go over i dont even wont to imagine the size just hoping the pains im getting now are something! I was induced with my other son so this going into labour is all new to me!

Bliss in my head I've revised my dd to 4/1/13 the date they'll induce lol x

my hospital is in Glasgow but my midwife appointments are in stirlingshire where I live.the midwife I see where I live was happy to do it at that start of next week so even earlier then in Glasgow!!? weird!

sooo far away lol. I know it's not really but it sounds it. OH sister is going to Tazmania and New Zealand a few months on the 7/1 so I'm really hoping if I am induced she comes before the 6/1 when SIL goes down to London for her flight.

I'm jealous they do it 3 days earlier past dd lol x
