I know where youre coming from hun, I was referred to the specialist during tri 2 as I'd got really stressed out at work and then really low. Depression is a horrible thing hopefully your mum visiting might help. I don't think this lack of control about when LO is going to arrive and the anticipation helps anything xx

Bh shouldn't be painful or regular. If you are getting regular ones that hurt then a bath is a really good idea. It will either stop things or really set you off if it is labour. I had a few pains and was really uncomfy the day I had Ella and after the bath started having contractions every 2-3 mins!

Soph sorry to hear you are worrying. I agree we are all getting emotional at this stage though and hopefully your mum will cheer you up. If you are feeling low though no harm in chatting to mw or gp about it.

I'm now in the bath with a few drops of lavender oil (not sure if that's meant to help?!) and although I'm trying all the tricks I do think these babies will come when they are good and ready! I just hope that's sooner rather than later x

I wouldn't bank on it hun! I have a horrible feeling I'm going over this time and will be joining the jan ladies! I hope you get a little time to recover before your lo makes an appearance though x
