Had a bit of a rubbish night myself...DH was supposed to take night duty for the first time in ages (as JJ has been up a few times with this cold, poor little mite) - so DH sleeps through every single cry and I end up getting up to see to him each time anyway.

Had pretty much no sleep (as I've been sleeping on the sofa for 4 nights due to DH having a cold and snoring so much) - and feeling like death warmed up. What I could have done with this morning was a bit of support and him taking JJ so I could perhaps have a couple of hours sleep in my own bed. Instead, he decides it's a nice day and he will go and play a round of golf.

Allgood here, the nights are still a bit hectic, but Santiago has been a much nicer baby the last couple of days, so i am hoping he is through the worst of this leap now! But it would seem that Lina has picked up where he left off and becoming more demanding :/
Anyway, i finally gave in to pressure yesterdayand she got her ears pierced at the pharmacy. My condition to the OH was that he held her, and i am so glad he did because she cried and it was awful. However, it was very quick and she hasnt been bothered by them since. I will admit, i am glad i dont have to constantly tell people that she is a girl anymore, because i get asked daily by strangers why she doesnt have earrings! They are obsessed with it here.

Also booked my flights back to the UK for next month, very excited to come and finally show off my babies

Knopk it sounds like you had a busy day! But i'm glad all was enjoyed. I can't wait for birthday parties etc, my eldest would rather have pizza and video games party then an actual balloons and pass the parcel party. Its just no fun anymore! lol

I am so not looking forward to this 4th leap kicking in full blown we've had a few grizzly days and the odd night where he was up twice for a feed. But other than that it hasn't affected his night sleeping yet, he refuses to nap for long in the day mind and demands constant stimulation but i don't mind playing with him. I'd rather do that than the cleaning, which is why i'm spending my sunday doing the laundry :/

H spent the night at my mums last night. So i had a lovely bubble bath, shaved my legs because i was starting to resemble a yhetti! Washed my hair and painted my nails, watched crap on tv then slept for 9 hours straight, bliss!

Today i'm refusing to get dressed, doing the laundry and watching crap on tv, until mum brings the kiddies home. I love lazy sundays

How lucky are you Emma! Wish I could get a full night. Even one would be nice but my mum refuses. She loves showing Rubes off on her terms but isn't helpful on the babysitting front. I'm just not asking after we went to a wedding last month and she expected us to be home by 6pm.

Considering Rubes had her other leap a week late she appears to have started this one bang on time wish it would bugger off. got about 28 days left. Shoot me now I actually cried last night and I never cry ( x

Made it to Scotland ok. DH gave his cold to Evan and I which kicked in yesterday morning. Evan was up pretty much every hour last night, instead of picking him up I left him as he was only grumbling. Meant I didn't sleep much as he was making noise but he settled himself.

Rain is really coming down here and this kids are really wearing Evan out lol - hoped he would sleep well but no...

Trey is a week into his leap and its a nitemare!!!! He sleeps at night but will fight to nap during the day, screams the place down and is just being very moany! I hope it's over soon, I hate this

I'm still battling the 4 month sleep regression started getting better then we got teeth oh and I think we are in the 5th leap!

If I don't sleep soon you hear about me on the news "crazed Sheffield woman found asleep on M1" she went there for peace and quiet lol

Oh and we don't sleep in the day either 45 mins this morning and 30 mins this afternoon!

She's doing her exercise in her jumperoo ATM looking very cute and getting all excited

Got a chicken in the oven for our dinner and bought a chocolate sponge pudding for afters

Thanks for the good vibes, ladies. It worked! The weather was absolutely awful & rained the whole time for my triathlon. Also had this horrible cold & sore throat to contend with. Am a very happy finisher! I managed to come 12th woman overall & was 6th fastest swimmer...I couldn't believe it! To top it all off I got a little trophy for coming 3rd in my age group.

E has been a nightmare all evening, really crying & unsettled. Poor baby.

Am hoping I have more luck with my soak in the tub tonight & she doesn't wake crying.

Hope you all had a great weekend & that we all have sleepy babies tonight!

Evan conked out on boob at half 7. Kids really wore him out, DH's dad and stepmum have a 6, 5 and 3 year old! Hope he doesn't wake for a feed soon as I've had a 'wee nippy sweetie' (as they say in Scotland lol!) for my cold

I just think I am use to sleepless nights. When we're in holiday next week oh has promised that one morning after I've fed H he'll take him so I can have a bit of a lie in. I can't wait. I haven't had a lie in since before I had H!!! I think I'm more excited about that then the holiday lol.

Tomorrow H and I are going to our first Tinytalk, baby signing class! I'm rather excited. I've done a bit of signing already for work and so know some and have been doing them with Harry but I'm looking forward to learning some more and meeting some other mums.

Hope everyone had a good night...? I actually slept in my bed for the first time since mid last week and it was bliss

Oh dear!!

Nursing a very sore head this morning from my best friends wedding!!

We took Freddie with us but oh took him home at 5ish and left me dancing the night away- we've decided next time we'll probably leave him with grandma as he was so overwhelmed by it all

Also, had to put a vest under his babygro for the first time in months!!! Brrrr!!!!!

It's beautiful and sunny down South...chilly though! A really beautiful Autumnal day. JJ is in double layers and I am leaving him in a nice thick sleepsuit for when we venture out later on.

Bring on Winter - after a cracking Summer, I'm ready for chilly, cold, dark mornings! xx
