thanks hun... it all just kind of went wrong..

walked into work this morning and sat there on my desk was an egg mcmuffin.. turns out the early staff had bought breakfast and had gotten me one.. i ignored it for a whole 10minutes..before giving in and scoffing it [cold] all in about 3 seconds.

then i missed lunch on purpose because i felt guilty.

then i went to see my mum and as i was leaving she gave me £20 to have a chinese... so i thought f*ck it BLAHHHH then i had iceream to top it all off

now im sat on the couch feeling bloated and horrible..
 
No loss for me this week but af has landed so not worried :)

How are you girls going?
 
im getting weighed on wednesday.. im not hoping to have lost weight but if i havent put on either ill be happy.
 
i thin its easier to be good during the week than a weekend :doh:
 
Yeah i agree.. we went out for a meal yesterday.. 3 massive courses :dohh:

back to WW for me this week..

feeling sick today so ive managed 2 peices of toast so far but might miss lunch
 
bananas are like 2pts each on WW :shock:
 
Sorry ive been AWOL girls, things here have been yea not good, so ive been comfort eating to say the least. Going to the gym tomorrow morning, and going to take my anger and frustration out and make it a fresh start.

Hope everyone else is getting on ok.

Well done Tezzy, it is indeed better than putting on or even staying the same. Every 1lb is a 1lb closer to goal
