Morning ladies sounds like life is a bit rough for a few of you at the moment, sending lots of hugs to keep you all going, along with the hope and confidence that it WILL get better xxx

We have the health visitor coming round this morning. I thought I wouldn't see her until after baby arrives but apparently not! I'll report back later on what she says, i'm very nervous for some reason!!

I've had loads of BH contes ruins at work and I'm happy that I only have two shifts left before leave! My feet are going to fall off I'm sure

My Health visitor is s condescending little bitch and I can't stand her! Unfortunately I have to put up with her (well, not too much as she's semi retired and only does Weight clinics now) I don't know if j get a home visit before baby because it's my 2nd but we'll find out as my son has his 2nd year review next Tuesday

Had my growth scan

29+4 and my lil baba is est 3lb 6oz
Measurments off the scan for 'average' but as I'm 6ft and had a 9lb 9.5oz baby before hes bang on measurments for putting that into perspective lol!

Ahe said hell probs be around the same weight as Noah born x

Sounds like a good weight. Harry was estimated as 3lb 1oz at 29+4wks and born 7lb 1oz at 41+2wks. James was 3lb 6oz at 30+1 and born 7lb 6oz at 40+2wks so seems like an average weight to me xx

I think hes more 'big' than heavy.. Im 6ft and his dad is 6ft1.. Noahs alteady 3ft 5 at 2.5yrs so i just think hell be really long!

Noah was 10days overdue, so tbh he probs would of been in the 8lb range if on time! Xx

All looks good! Was the growth scan just because you measured big? I really want a growth scan. I'm terrified of another massive baby but I measured 50th centile the whole way through last time so no one guessed it I want to be a bit more prepared this time. Me and my OH aren't particularly tall, nor are we particularly massive so I'm not sure why Jake was so big!! X

Yeah i had my 28wk mw app and bump came out 32wks lol.

I wasnt worried as i was told he was big on my 4d scan the week before and always measured ahead with Noah. But MW literally panicked inwas like yeah course ill have scan! I get to see him again lol!!

I was 10lb 7 myself aswell as my other siblings being 9lb 7, 10lb 5 & 11lb 3! so maybe big babas run in the family haha x

I'm currently having a heated row with the husband regarding our dogs, my dog a is staffy x collie ctaftist dog ever but soft as muck but I sill wouldn't trust her alone with baby. My husbands dog is grumpy jack Russell. Who I dislike but be sees me as boss and behaves around me most of the time, but always putting my husband in his place. He can be aggressive and has successfully in the passed snapped at people. So today he went for me and I've booked him in to have his ball off my husband is furious
Why can't he see what I'm doing this trying to prevent a serious incident in the future. The dogs live in the kitchen when we are not home and at night times. Once baby is here they will be in there when baby is about where to dogs may jump up etc. I've tried telling him once baby crawling it'll get hand and arms trough bars on gate and that jack Russell will snap I know it. Told him the balls go not the dog does!!!

We went to look at a different house yesterday. It needed a LOT of work but we were quite excited about it as it could have been a lovely house once done. OH went back to have another look with his Dad today, we were all ready to put an offer in when he got back, then the estate agent rang to say someone had just put an offer in and had it accepted, gutted back to the search we go....

OH has finally agreed that we can book a 4D scan, I'm 27+5 today, talk about leaving it til the last minute lol. On the babybond website, it says they offer the scan up to 28 weeks, does that mean 28 weeks or 28+6? Really hoping I haven't left it too late....or could I be sneaky and just tell them a slightly different due date for the sake of a couple of days?! Xx

Anyone struggling with flexibility? Bump obviously in the way but for some time l, and I don't know if fluid or I've gained fat, but my legs have got bigger and struggle to bend down, pick things up, even dry myself after a bath. I was a size 8 before. Haven't put weight on anywhere else.

Yep, I'm struggling with the flexibility in my hips and knees. It takes me ages to shuffle off the sofa or bend to put my boots on x

Yep, lots of people keep saying my bump isn't that big, although it's bigger than last time, but it still feels like a massive lump in the way stopping me bending down etc.

Just been up to the doctors, wasn't quite sure what was wrong other than not feeling 'right' but it turns out I have a uti :-/ she told me to come home, take paracetamol and antibiotics then put my feet up and rest - I laughed and pointed to Oscar, fat chance of that! Hoping he has a sleep soon so I can lie on the sofa for a bit, fingers crossed!! Xxx

I just feel huge but also not as big as last time.
I've gotta go to gp tomorrow and hope they'll give me a months sick note to sign me off until mat leave. I don't think I could physically manage a 12 hour shift now...my hips and legs ache, I'm not sleeping properly and exhaustion has set in again.

I'm feeling very sorry for myself and just want to leave work now. Driving all day hurts. My back aches something terrible after a day behind the wheel. I'm not sleeping well either, my husband has started to say I look tired all the time. My bump not huge really, big to me but friends who've had Kids say mine pretty small.

Eep!! Been browsing the other month threads in tri 3, and futurejedionbo (April mummy!) is in for a c section today! Fingers crossed for her and baby. Goodness me it makes it all very real, it could easily be any one of us

Looks like she's die 8th April which makes baby 6 weeks early. As awful as it is I'm sure baby will be okay. Last time I was almost induced at35 weeks and they had no concerns. Baby will be closely monitored and looked after. Good luck to her, bless her heart!
