My husband wants to call his baby Leia if it's a girl... I told him having a Luke and a leia is a form of child abuse lol

It can't be as bad as my OH wanting a Harry and a Beau....

Just had my 16 wk mw apt got to hear baby's heartbeat!! Wasn't expecting it otherwise I'd have got my phone ready to record it for oh as he missed it with Oscar too.

I'll update on the work situation on the thread I posted. It's not as bad as I thought but still not a brilliant situation.

Girls I'm so fed up with being pregnant now. I feel like absolute crap. I left work half an hour early today because I was going to be sick. I just can't shake it? Every bloody afternoon! I can't enjoy tea at all anymore - 2 slices of toast tonight!!! Meh

Hope the man flu shifts soon. I hate colds. They make me even grumpier than I am right now!!!!

Woohoo for hearing the heartbeat. Need to get my 16w check sorted next week but I'm sure mum can fit me in... Hahaha! Xx

Is anyone else's pregnancy vitamins giving you a bad stomach? I kept forgetting to take mine but for the last few days iv remembered and iv had awful stomachache and either constipated or have diarrhoea. It might be coincidence but it gets worse when I take them so kind of narrowed it done to it being them!
Also... Is it May yet?! Haha xx

Take them at night / helps me. Lao last time I found the oil one (in the ones wheewbyouvywke 2 a day) made me bad so stopped taking that bit.

Morning ladies. Hubby is taking me shopping for a new tree and decs today. This is the first time I've been excited about Xmas since I was a kid. Can't wait to share it with baby next year

But honestly soon as you have children it truely is magical all over again!
Noah will be 2.5yrs this Christmas I cant wait to see his little face

Totally agree with you there can't wait until Oscar is a bit older and understands it all a bit more, I don't want him to ever not believe

OH is selling Christmas trees again today (all this weekend and next) so I've come to my mums this morning, we're heading off to another local Christmas market today. We're so lucky to have so many lovely ones around here

Hoping to get the decs down tonight, can't wait!!

Welly pains for so bad I ended up ringing the hospital at 3am. They told
Me it all sounds normal but to go home and rest - well I couldn't do that at 3am and let my colleagues down so I stuck it out but I'm off tonight and have cries at my boss saying I feel like a failure and an awful person. She said it's really fine and i need to look after myself. Baby has had a bit of a wriggle today and I feel a bit better but if a mw tells you to put your feet up you put your feet up. Just 12 weeks to go till I can go on leave
