Great news about your consultation did he discuss which protocol you will be doing? I did the antagonist which is the short version I was only stimming for 11 days.
I'm waiting to go back to the hospital tomorrow for my egg transfer I can't wait xx

No he didn't discuss that as we have to get the approval for funding first. I hope ill be on short version too as not looking forward to that part. All the best for ur egg transer! Exciting times for u, how did u fimd the drugs? Did they effect u much? Xx

Good news ladies, we had 1 blastocyst transferred thus morning 4 didn't quite make the blast stage but they are going to write to us and confirm if any were suitable to freeze. I feel so lucky that we had the one left from 11. It's crazy and just shows that you never quite know until ET day.
I've been for acupuncture and we are feeling positive. The testing day they gave me is the 17th July I need to call the hospt on Monday to confirm the dates.
Fx my little embryo is getting comfy we have decided to call it 'the winner' ha ha xx

Sorry to storm in like this girls, but I just have to share this with you...are you ready for this?



OMFG I cannot believe it!! Who knew that Clomid Round 9 would be the lucky one? Well, a combo of Clomid 150mg, Metformin and Activ Balance (I think, or Conceive Plus or something) fertility gel, plus going at it like rabbits.

After my dad killing himself on 21st June, this is something to lift our family, especially mum. I am more than 6 weeks as I just could not face taking a test with all that has gone on in the last few weeks.

Please everyone pray for this sticky bean.....!

Thanks ladies. What do you think my chances are of getting an early scan given this long list: age 36, Clomid and Metformin used, recent failed IVF and major emotional trauma in the last two weeks! Is that enough to qualify?!!

Had a scan at hosp today and so all good to go for stimms. Got my gonal f and luveris injections to start on Thursday..... bit daunting having two injections to do instead of one, but I guess it will be fine.

So injections start thurs and back to hosp next Friday and ec sometime the week after hopefully )
