Brilliant losses this week ladies!

I've had an awful week which was topped off with missing WI this week :( I've been texting my consultant though to help got myself back on track. I've been 100% today and even though I had a burger king yesterday Ive decided to count the syns in it and work out how many syns I have left for the week. So doing a bit of flexisyning. The burger king was 42 syns! :shock: :faint: :shock: so in theory then Id have been 100% for almost 2 days now. I've still been doing my fitlogs too and starting my food diarys again. Bring on next weeks loss :yay:

You can do it :hug: I always flexi syn pretty much. Don't know if that's a bad thing or not. I had 2 days this week with no syns and every other was either over or under 10 xx

Well done to everyone on their losses :-)

I've been feeling really low all week and have struggled every day with eating healthily :-(
I really want to loose at least 1.5lbs by my next weigh in as I will have lost my 1st half stone then. Yesterday we had a buffet lunch at work and I started off really well - I made some SW coronation chicken which everyone loved, and also brought some cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately I was also tempted by the mini sausages, taramasalata and yummy cheesecake - I'm not even going to start trying to work out how many syns I had!! Today I was determined to be good, then it got to 10.30am and I had a slice of lemon cake left over from yesterday :-(
My heart's really not in it this week - work is sooooo stressful with people going off sick, major changes to our jobs, redundancies, severe budget cuts etc etc. I just want this week over and done with. Not that next week promises to be any better!!!
 
Katkin I'm sorry your work is so shit at the moment! I don't blame you on the cake lol.

I had a crappy day yesterday just felt off had a horrible nights sleep the night before & felt very emotional bloody hormones! Ended up eating a terry chocolate orange bar & a packet of crisps!! Feel terrible now I am back on it 100% don't want all the hard work to be for nothing! X

Going to my dad's tonight for a takeaway curry - what dishes have the least syns?? I am happy to have plain rice rather than pilau but not sure about main dishes....... Thank you :-)
 
Katkin avoid naan bread and korma like the plague, a whoping 50 Syns for the both!
I go for a rogan josh about 7 Syns :-) -basically the less 'creamy' the better!
 
Olive I'm very boring I'm afraid, its usually potch (the potato and swede mash) a steamed veg pouch and either grilled turkey or now I've discovered the light choices sausages from Tesco at 1 Syns each :-)

Also the choc mousse I discovered I am eating a fair amount of too as it has a lot of dairy for Bf but is only 2 Syns for a large portion too! So choc / sweet tooth satisfied and it fills me up!!
 
Chilli con carne! Totally free and gorgeous! In fact, Ive decided to have it tomorrow. :) great for freezing or having with jacket spud for lunch.
 
Do you guys all do extra easy by any chance?

Kayelle, I think chicken tikka might be a good one too.

Is this a home made chocolate mousse or shop bought? Sounds good either way! Xxx

I found the recipe on the website, 100g of quark to 400g of low fat fromage frais mixed with 2 cadbury highlights and Sweetner to taste , I usually put about 4 tablespoons. Just whisk and is best after at least an hour in the fridge :-)
To me that is then either 4 smallish portions at a Syns each, or 2 large portions at 2 Syns each :)
I tried with the white choc highlights but i don't recommend it lol
 
Yeah I do extra easy :) but I will sometimes do green and original.
