TTCers 'Losing Weight Thread'

Hey Girlies!!

I know theres a couple of you on here who'd like to lose weight whilst TTC... So i thought i'd start a thread in the style of the "TTC in X month" thread!

So if you'd like to join us (well me!) Post your start weight here and then we'll do a weekly weigh in?? Maybe on Mondays, start of the week, always good!!

I've weighed this morning, so my start weight for this thread will be....
HayleyB - 15st 10

If you want to join, just add your weight and i'll add you to the list.... and then we can share recipies and tips and stuff, and support each other??

Charm - 11st 1

Wobbles - 13st 2
Xena - 13st 7 (13th August)

Weigh in - 7.8.06
Arcane Girl - 12st 9 --- same
Bec - 12st 7.5 --- lost 1.5lbs :clap: Slimmer of the Week! :clap:
Charm - 11st 0 --- lost 1lb
HayleyB - 15st 10 --- same
Wobbles - 13st 1 --- lost 1lb

Weigh in - 14.8.06
Bec - 12st 7.5 --- same
Gracie - 12st 10 --- start weight at 18.8.06
HayleyB - 15st 11 --- put on a lb
LauraB - 13st 6 --- start weight at 14.8.06
Xena - 13st 7 --- start weight at 13.8.06

Weigh in - 21.8.06
Charm - 11st 2 --- put on 2lb
Gracie - 12st 12 --- put on 2lb
HayleyB - 15st 11 --- Same *not weighing for 2 weeks now*Paul McKenna*
LauraB - 13st 4 --- lost 2lb

How about adding a ticker for each person? I have no room in my siggy for one :rotfl:
 
Ill be happy to give it a go (im terrible at following diets but i can try lol)

I also have no room for a ticker but i like the idea of the weekly weigh in and the list

I'm 12st 9lb .... got down to 10st 3lb once ... was sooooo much happier!! I actually got into a size 12 pair of black trousers...... it was a wonderful day!! Then ... I let it all go to sh*t!! Arrggghhhhhhh!!!!
 
Anybody here really really bad at sticking to eating healthily?
 
I'm terrible for eating bad stuff.

I don't like salad, I only like certain fruits. I live on big greasy Pizza & chippy.

But lately I'm trying a bit of natual yoghurt with berry fruits like Strawberry, blackberry, raspberry etc.

I'm also trying Slimfast shakes but I keep cheating at weekends because I'm so hungry.

I only want to lose 2 stones, I just don't have the willpower. :wall:

Have to have fruit to hand chick, thats the only want i can survive, when i'm hungry from eating small portions of stuff that doesn't really have much in it!!!

I wouldnt bother with slimfast shakes, waste of money. make your own milkshakes and theyll do the same job.
 
I weighed myself this morning & I'm 13.1 :cheer:
 
You want me to use that as your start weight Wobbles?
Or you want to save that pound you've lost for Mondays weigh in?!!?
