Brilliant losses this week ladies!
I've had an awful week which was topped off with missing WI this weekI've been texting my consultant though to help got myself back on track. I've been 100% today and even though I had a burger king yesterday Ive decided to count the syns in it and work out how many syns I have left for the week. So doing a bit of flexisyning. The burger king was 42 syns!

so in theory then Id have been 100% for almost 2 days now. I've still been doing my fitlogs too and starting my food diarys again. Bring on next weeks loss
