Slimming world support thread.... Tips, ideas, advice and support

Ive had an iffi week, not been amazing, but should still be a small los or sts hopefully! Managed 30 mins of nell mcandrew dvd and a 20 min walk in the park, hope it helps for tomorrow! X
 
3lbs off tonight! very pleased with that :) thats 9lb off in 2 weeks so i got my first sticker & half stone certificate, happy girl! x

Offt well done!

Will weigh first thing tmrw. Had a red day, which helps me but used a lot of syns stupidly at end of week lol (16). Still got 16 left I think. Prob won't help though! X

thanx hun but you've updated wrong you put 16s3lb hehe its 16s 2lb still cant believe 9lb off already,cant wait til its a stone off! x

I got weighed in yesterday morning and had lost 3lb! :) I'm very pleased with that! I'm now 12s11, only 1.5lb left till I reach my 1/2 stone! Bring on next week! :) xxx
 
11st 8lb so 3lb loss this week. I'll take that :) x

Brilliant losses this week ladies!

I've had an awful week which was topped off with missing WI this week :( I've been texting my consultant though to help got myself back on track. I've been 100% today and even though I had a burger king yesterday Ive decided to count the syns in it and work out how many syns I have left for the week. So doing a bit of flexisyning. The burger king was 42 syns! :shock: :faint: :shock: so in theory then Id have been 100% for almost 2 days now. I've still been doing my fitlogs too and starting my food diarys again. Bring on next weeks loss :yay:
