    Hello, I joined slimming world this week and it seems great but there's so much to learn so I thought I'd put a thread in here so anyone can share any tips, ideas and goals.
    Good luck to anyone else that's also on their slimming world journey.
    My 1st weigh in I was 11 stone 11lb 1/2 and my target weight is 9 1/2 stone

    I lost 2 stone in 2 months on slimming world before i fell pregnant. If you like sweet things like i did then get some muller lights, fruit and cinemon powder... the toffee muller light with a couple of chopped apples and sprinkled with the cinimon is to die for!! And totally free of syn :D

    Im going to group for the first time tonight. Lost 5.5lb on my own but totally lacking motivation so group it is! Good luck all :)

    Ah good luck Augustmum!! I had my weigh in today, lost 2lb. I'm happy with that because I've not followed it properly this week. Now to really try and hopefully lose lots more! I'm determined to lose around 2 stone by my husbands surprise 30th in September xxx

    I want to go back to group, I lost 4 stone a few years ago, but that was just me. Do you guys struggle with feeding a fussy oh on the plan and on a budget?

    Thanks hun, do you know, my husband is a nightmare and wants ceappy food all the time but since we've cooked a few of the recipes and he knows he can eat as much as he wants he loves it! I never realised it would be so simple to cook such delicious and healthy food!! Xxx

    It's 4.95 per week, less if you sign up for longer. If I didn't do it this way though I'd do it the unhealthy way so I think it's worth it xxx

    Back from group and I love my consultant, she's lovely. Really spent alot of time with me and another new woman to find out our goals and eating habits.

    I weigh exactly what I did last week so I've kept off the 5.5lb which Im happy about. She wants a food diary so will be starting that this week and also the F.I.T log :)

    How's everyone going? You weighing in tomorrow febmum? When's everyones weigh in?

    Have you got any hot chocolate? I find that helps. Its about 2 syns for an options one. Flumps are fab for helping the craving and only 1.5 syns!
