Can anyone tell me how many syns there are in Tesco light choices Cumberland pork sausages? I thought I would try them for a change - I normally buy 'posh' (!!) locally produced sausages from the butchers but I have no idea how many syns they would have!! Thank you

Tesco light choices sausages are yummy! i.won't buy any other sausage now hehe! there are Also some others... Butchers choice half.fat ones which come in at 2.5syns each aswell which isn't too bad.. Xx

2lb loss at SW tonight my friend lost 3 1/2 and got slimmer of the week - she was sooooo chuffed!
