Amazingly I lost 3lbs AND got slimmer of the week!!! Woohoo - and that's even with eating cake and having a meal out at the weekend lol. I am soooo happy and relieved!
I'm expecting a big disappointment this week. Went to a christening on Sunday and has *ahem* 3 bits of cake (weren't huges slices lol like finger slices - excuses excuses) and a few wee sandwiches and erm a Chinese on way home
Olive don't worry too much. Everytime I think I gone off the rails it's been fine. As long as 80% of the time your on plan then you'll usually sts or lose.
Oh as of next week I'll be joining the Wednesday wieghers Ive got to change groups as my GCSE course is on a Tuesday and I was all ruffled about leaving my group and consultant but when I told her she sneakily told me she's taking over the Wednesday group soon anyway! My consultant is ace and I text her every week for support so Im proper glad I don't have to speak to someone else lol.
I think it really helps. If I mess up I feel ok about telling her and she really supports you through it all. I really like the group so it'll be a shame to start with new people but Im sure they're just as nice

Hi ladies! I lost 4.5lb this week!! I am actually amazed! I got my half stone certificate and am only 4lb from a stone!!! yippee!! Hope you have all had a good week aswell! Xxx
I think the thing is you definitely have to syn a little! I syn way more than my mum who tries to not syn at all and she stayed the same this week! Also exercise is the way forwards! Even just a brisk walk each day works wonders! x
Good luck today! Think about what target weight you would like to be and try not to worry about what the scale says today, you won't see that number again!
Isn't it mad how the Syns work! You can enjoy yourself which is important. Do you think that the stress of worrying about the Syns is the reason ? What level body magic are you at? I will never be a runner but do like walks with the baby
