Kat how did your weigh in go? X

Hey Hun, I couldn't go today because I had to work but weighed myself at home and I'm the same. Been away for the week do I'm just glad I've had no gain. I'm actually going to stick to it properly with no cheating at all this week and I'm feeling really positive. Got lots of mug shots, super noodles and muller lights to satisfy my sweet tooth. If anyone's got another tips then feel free to let me know!! I'm going to get some sugar free jelly too! Xxx

just realised there is so much i am going to have to change in my diet, we usually have a malted drink (from morrisons) before bed and OH has wraps for lunch instead of bread which I assume will be the same points as bread! Think I might have to go to one meeting and get the password for the website so I can get on there and work out all my points!! Either that or change my diet quite dramatically which i suppose wont be too bad! will work out my food tomorrow as we are shopping on Thursday but not starting til #monday as we have a birthday meal out this weekend and i dont want to be too restricted for that. Looking forward to lots of egg fried rice which i loooove!!
 
It's £10 to join so not too bad but bella magazine had an offer so you only pay £5 which is what I did.

Lost 3lb this week! Dead chuffed. Really going to give it my all this week and try for another good loss :)

Thanks hun!! Yes I'm happy with it because I'd been away for the week and treated myself a few times!! Trying so hard this week though! I think that's the key, be prepared with lots of free foods in! Xxx
