I'm only 25 + 5 so a short while to go before officially being a in tri 3, but just wanted to say that we found out we are having 2 little girls! Absolutely over the moon. House is now coming down with pink things lol!!

Seems like I've been pregnant forever and I can't wait to meet him, yet feels so soon also.

It's crazy, it's so close now! If we have early babies we could be seeing announcements in the next 10 weeks!! Madness! I'm so excited for us all, I absolutely love the squishy baby stage

I can't wait to have a newborn again in 24 days my newborn will be one ! Then it's only 2 months until I get newborn cuddles again. X

It's crazy how it's flying in. I have DS2's christening today, then DS1 will be 3 in 3 weeks, and DS2 will be 2 another 8 weeks later and then baby will be nearly here or here! It's absolutely bonkers, doesn't seem like much time at all now for him to arrive!

Ah can't believe I'm in here officially on Wednesday. Kumber you're little man will be here before you know it. I'm huge now and starting to struggle have another 13 weeks of this but I need it as I'm not ready to be a mummy to threee yet. Oh is officially going away when I'm 37 weeks for work as ds was born at 37+6 I'm concerned as I was induced at 37+4 . So praying to go overdue of bang on due date.

Two more days til I'm officially in tri 2, eeeeeep I can't wait!

Hubby and I are in discussions over buying our flat, just in a bid to get onto the property ladder. With the way things are, we'll never get on it at this rate!

Have you got home from hospital yet PB?

I had my 28 week appointment with the midwife this afternoon (a few days early as I'm only 27+4..).

They had trouble taking blood because I'm slightly dehydrated, which is a usual thing for me apparently as this has happened on about 4 occasions now!

On testing my urine, she found that I not only had ketones, but also glucose and traces of protein. She wants me to drop another sample by next Wednesday to double check. She asked what I had eaten, and I said coco pops about 2 hours ago as I had a lie in this morning, and she said the glucose could be because of that and I haven't had anything since, and the ketones could be because I'm a bit dehydrated.

However, according to a quick and terrible google search, ketones and glucose together and be indicative of gestational diabetes....

Anyone have any experience or knowledge about this? I'm waiting until next week's urine sample test before worrying, and maybe I'll try to limit my sugar intake a little as it is pretty terrible tbh, but just want to be prepared with knowledge.


On the plus side, baby's heartbeat is 145 and steady and uterus measures at 29cm?!
