Thanx Amy xx went for 1.5hr hike with hubby today x was sweating like a bitch and fruit salad for lunch so good going xx starting netball again tonight as I found a local team now I'm all settled with my move xx

LOL! good one vic! i'm also 5'1 ladies! seems i'm in good company! i think being a titch totally makes the weight thing harder - so easy to look dumpy! :eh:
 
Can I join in?! I'm alot alot bigger than u girls from jus reading this page but have lost 30lbs before Xmas but then put 7-8lbs back on so am currently 26.8lbs off with 27.2lbs to go xx

I feel like a pig today :( Went to the italian with work so probably end up over calories.

Not really hungry but I'm fighting the urge to snack. Anyone else have this problem?
I find its because I'm alone on a evening, so I pick at bits :wall2: (probably a half a days worth of calories!)

Had a bad night last night! Two glasses of wine (small), Hunter chicken and chips, plus a few onion rings and one slice of garlic bread with cheese!

Too ashamed to enter it into MFP !!!

Back on plan today though

I'm actually starved after eating so much last night so I am off to get a portion of Lasagne for lunch from my local Italian Deli ... Back on plan for dinner tonight though :oooo:

I haven't been hungry this morning, so haven't ate anything.
Just having a yogurt for now and going to do paprika chicken and rice for a late lunch (OH works nights) and need to nip to get salad, fruit and soup bits x

Humping it will certainly burn some calories but I am not sure that is exactly what it is designed for :)
 
Had a cheat day today!

Breakfast

Bowl of Cheerios with 1% milk
Muller Corner Yogurt

Lunch

Ham salad sandwich with granary bread
1 x velvet crunch crisps
1 x peach

Dinner

2 x chicken burgers (bird's eye)
Home made chips (using fry light)

Treats
1 x bag malteasers
1 x cream egg
1 x chocolate cereal bar

I don't normally eat chocolate, as not a big lover...but really fancied some and hubby been working in London today, so picked me some up on the way back

Hope you all doing better than me today lol x
 
I'm still going alright :)

Not done my weigh in because not been home but i'll be doing it tomorrow.

Yesterday i had a salmon fillet with salad and then beef in blackbean sauce.

Today i had two chicken and chorizo skewers with salad, half a chippy sausage and then a peach and some strawberries with double cream.

I didn't even have any birthday cake - now that is dedication! :shock:
 
I've decided not to weigh-in this week. Wednesday night and yesterday were not good days.

I am now in my 2ww though so not drinking any alcohol [a few glasses of wine is usually the reason I snack and overeat!] and I'll be eating super healthy!

So we'll see what the scales say next week :shock:

I'm with you Carnat - i opted out of weighing this morning just because with the AF and constipation i was feeling really bloated and i figured a poor loss would just upset me and it wouldn't be a true reflection of my effort anyway.

I'm going to cut out dairy from today as i've suspected i'm a bit intolerant and that can cause constipation and i've been having a lot of goats cheese and feta recently with my salads...

Next weigh in will be the 25th :)
