**** November 2012 Mummies **** (everyone welcome)

It does for my LO Nat, because his feet are SO wide. If I bought a 3.5… F for example, it would not fit. My little man having such wide feet, it's causing problems, as there aren't many H width shoes once you go up to Walker shoes.

My stepdaughter has H feet and they have so little choice! So frustrating :/ xx

I'm still baffled

In Clarks they only had shoes out by sizes (not letters)

As I say it was an outlet store though.

All will become clear when I get my Clarks measuring gauge

Clarks should measure by width too. If you look online, they are sold by length and width.

I think it must be because it was an outlet store although it's still very strange they didn't tell you a width as they need this to fit the shoe! When we went we were asked if we wanted a photo taken as well, and then we were given a wee card type thing which says what her shoe size is and when she next needed measuring. How peculiar! You'd think it would all be the same service regardless to what kind of shop you go in!xx

we got Arthur's cruisers shoes from clarkes and got a booklet and photo he was a 3f, but now he has proper walking shoes at a 3 1/2g, but we got our second pair at an outlet as they are cheaper and you don't get a box or info like that, as i asked.

I forgot to say that we have to go into hospital in 2 weeks as arthur was found to have an heart murmur 2 weeks ago so we need to get checked out.

Also does anyone suffer ibs?

xx

I used to have terrible ibs. Plus my muscles didn't work properly.. I was on movicol. But since pregnancy I go on the regular. But I have heard of it go opposite, like after pregnancy suffering it.

Hope wee aurthur is ok, and nothing to serious.

xxxxx

I think I might have IBS... i can go upto 5 times in half an hour after waking up

mine has flared up again to the point im soo tired all the time, the bloating reslly hurts and the knots are awful, im thinking it might be the night shifts messing my system up xx

Just bought some reins for my little man, can't wait to take him for a grown up walk tomorrow!

What reins did you get?

We need to invest in a pair.

Wilson, I meant to post when I saw about A's murmur... I am sure you are aware how common they are at this age and how they can repair themselves.

I know it's easier said then done but try not to worry too much

Wilson, I had a scan last week for a murmur. Sounds worse than it is and there usually isn't any effects from it.

Well we had a trip to hospital in an ambulance today!
Madison woke up from her nap with really laboured breathing, gave her calpol and decided I wasn't happy so called the nhs line who decided the paramedics would come round.
Nothing was found to be really wrong once we got to hospital, Doc out it down to having lots of mucus in her throat and she perked up after the 2 hours we'd been there.
Needless to say she hates anyone in a uniform as she was inconsolable when they came near her..poor sausage!

That must have been so scary mrsw! Glad she's okay now though. You definitely did the right thing in getting her checked out!xx

They don't take any chances with little one's (which is very reassuring) and if you call the paramedics for an under 2 - even if they are deemed fine - they have to go to A&E for a check!

Again very reassuring.

Glad lady M is OK!

X

Yeah I agree, very reassuring to know that they will see them and take it seriously.
I've never had to deal with her be so upset so I find it really stressful..

She's tucked up tight in bed and I'll be using the monitor tonight just incase :)

Aww hope Maddison is ok, its not nice when they arnt well, hope she feels better soon.

thanks for the reassurance on the murmur, thing im worried about is that is wasnt detected till now and hes had many heart scan because of my heart issues, and hes been getting some nose bleeds which i know is related :(

xx

Lyla starts her first full day back at a new creche tomorrow since she was 5.5 months old!

I also start my final semester of uni EVER!

Wish us luck xx

Awww how fab, id love to be at uni/college! good luck! must be hard with a LO and bump!

Monday again really?

xxxxx

Creche and uni went well

Lyla decided to catch a cold her first day there and has been really unsettled sleeping but she has been fab in the creche during the day and eating everything they give her and sleeping well for them at nap time which I was worried about, so I'm happy!

Bump is well and truely getting in the way now! I'm so big compared to with Lyla and soooo sore already. All out the front as well so keep knocking into things I'm so clumsy at the min.

Birthday tomorrow! :cheer: 23 years young but definitely not feeling it

xx
