**** November 2012 Mummies **** (everyone welcome)

Ah nat hes so cute bless him. Maybe try them again in afew weeks.

Sally so glad you had a rest. Its amazing how much better just one night of full sleep can make you feel. Thank you hes a real sweetie when hes not screaming. Lol

That seems to be the order of the day. His bi lateral canines are through the gum, look like hes got little fangs but the rest of the teeth have to come down and hes so unhappy. Just gave him somr calpol and hes down for a nap.

I feel shattered already. Looking forward to popping out for a bit. Xx

Sallybee - yes a big shock, she's always been a good sleeper right from birth really, at one point we had to keep waking her up to get her weight up! Can't complain really as its only once a night (around 4.00) and she does go back to sleep until around 7.30 am then has another bottle and sleeps for another hour so not to bad.....SO FAR! Hope it doesn't get worse!! X

Happy 6 months to James! Bless him, his face says a million words in that photo.

xx

Happy 6 months James! Can't believe the November babies are celebrating their half birthdays!

Good lucks with the jabs mrsw - we didn't have any problems with the last set, just a few tears at the time! I love M's underwater pic btw!

Toby is such a cutie sazz! Hope his teethies feel a bit better and you both get a bit of a rest from the screaming!

xx

Hopefully it's just a bad day/night sazz and PB!

C seems really off her milk today, she's only had 4oz over the last two feeds (should be 12oz). It's really gutting because I'm trying to make my freezer stock last as long as possible so when milk gets wasted it's upsetting. I know I'm lucky to have had such a good supply for so long though. It's now lasted me 3 weeks and will probably go til 6 months though :) xx

Afternoon girls :)

Happy 6 months james, doesnt look to impressed with his bfast choice lol.

No sleep is pants, trust me arthur wakes every 1 1/2 -2 hrs, he wont even have a dummy no more to sooth :( its normally a boobie to settle

Hoping he grows out of it one day, however hes a very happy baby which is a plus, sorry if i havent responded to recent threads ive been writting this from 7am lol xx

Hope you all had a better night than me.She woke at 11:30, 2 and 4:30 and is up for the day now.

What am I doing wrong :( xx

Oh Hun that's a nightmare! I think I would go insane if that was Chloe....I feel for you! Hope she grows out of it soon! Does she sleep a lot during the day? X

Not really, she usually has about 2-2.5 hours spread over 4 or 5 naps. I think it's just cos she had an awful day yesterday feed wise and only took 19oz in 24 hours :( xx

Hope that is the reason Hun and she sleeps well tonight! X

26 weeks is leap time as well, so bear that in mind Sally. The fussy period for this leap is a scary 5 weeks as well

xxxxxx

When jack was this age he woke for 2 night feeds every night for 2 weeks! I was traumatised. But telling myself it was just a leap got me through. Soon enough he dropped to one feed then none and slept through again. A hellish 3 weeks though xxxx

I keep trying to read up on these leaps as got the book downloaded on my iPhone but my baby has a sixth sense and knows when I'm using my phone so wakes up and tries to take it of off me......!

Hello everyone!

I haven't been on here in months so you probably dont remember me! But thuoght I would give a little update on Kaelan. He is 6 months and 2 weeks old now I weighed him yesterday and he is 10.2kg! He is a big boy he is very long so thats where all the weight goes. He has been eating solids since 4.5 months he loves food. I have tried giving him chunkier solids but he prefers puree. He is teething like crazy and has been on and off since he was 2 months old :( He is coming into bed with us some night due to it.
They grow so fast dont they? So amazing how quick the learn, he is madly trying to crawl at the mo he gets so frustrated poor thing. We are going on our first family holiday in 2 weeks I hope it goes well. He has started sleeping about 10.5 hours now. But i on the other hand cant switch off at night still awake at 2 am some nights normally about 1am I fall asleep.
I have to take him to the eye specialist as he has a lazy left eye.
I am going to read this thread now and see what is happening with everyone else, hope you are all well.

And heres a photo :)

I'm new (ish) to this thread so I'm still getting to know everyone (I know a little different as you know everyone) but ykwim :)

Anyway hi! My name is Michelle and my lo is called Chloe, she was born on 19th Dec by c section (due date was 24th Dec) and she is (so far) a very happy baby who (thank god) sleeps a lot at the moment :) x

P.S - I know this is a Nov baby thread but no Dec baby thread so the ladies on here said I could join in....what's a big bonus as I can get lots of advice and learn what to expect in approx a months time ;) x

She's only 23 weeks (I think) thanks for the info though.

Just hope it passes soon. She usually wakes once, has done since 16 weeks, but last night was bad. She didn't even seem to want milk but I made her a bottle each time as I was hoping she would take some. She's only had 6oz today so far and her nappies are really light, but seems really well in herself. Think I will be taking her to the docs in the morning as I'm really worried about her intake. Thanks for the advice though ladies.

Nice to see you again Celene, Kaelan is looking gorgeous! Xx

Hey Celene,

So lovely to hear all is going well. Your little man is a beauty and of course I remember my due date buddy

PB, is there no December thread?? You can't be the only December Mummy. Shall I change the thread title to Nov / Dec Mummies in-case anyone else wants to join?

Sally I've just had a quick flick through the book and it says the fussy period can occur anywhere between 22.5 weeks and 26.5 weeks so potentially a 4 week fussy period

xxxx

Ah right, thanks. It's just so worrying as she has always loved her milk. :(

There used to be a December mummies thread but most of them keep in touch on Facebook now so the thread kinda died a while back xx
