You are braver than me kabuk! After bfing 2 children the thoughy of using a breast pump before required fills me with dread haha. Don't want anyone or anything near my nips atm!xx

Missy, I thought the same. They've been very tender. Using the breast pump was much better than other stimulation. In the end it actually relieved some of the tenderness- as odd as that sounds. I didn't increase the strength, left it on a low setting. For me it was worth a try. Really want labour before induction and in-laws arrive.

aw it doesn't seem that long we were in ttc. i was so snappy with oh last night im a bag of mixed emotions at the moment about next week. scred about the section, worried and anxious about something being wrong with her, sad about not being pregnant anymore and excited about meeting her. my mood changes from one minute to the next!

I'm feeling really mixed up too hun.

I'm soooo excited for her to come. Terrified of something going wrong. Really want her out. Frightened of giving birth. Trying to make the most of my last ever pregnancy. Not wanting to go overdue. Just can't make my mind up how I feel!!

Nikki this is my last and I sit staring at him totally I love with him thinking I could just have 1 more but I know it wouldn't be the best thing to do with how severe my PGP was but the thought of saying I'm never going to have anymore makes me sad Teddy is my 4th boy. I just love boys xx

aw becsy 4 boys must be lovely. my boys are so loving its going to be strange having a girl this time i feel like im not going to know what to do as im so used to boys lol my partners got a little girl so when baby comes next week we will have 4 between us so oh has said no more lol you mever know though lol

I'm with you girls. This is my last and have the mixed emotions too. I was up about 7 times needing to pee last night and woke my husband every time. Good practice ey lol.
I am going swimming tomorrow and son thinks I'm going to have her in the pool coz he knows I had a water birth with him. I know I'm not dipped to if my plug has gone but my cervix is closed and I read it regenerateseems whilst the cervix is closed so it's probably OK and it's chlorinated too not like a lake or something?

I went swimming the other week and although I didn't feel very different in the water to begin with, I felt so heavy and cumbersome when I got out.

There's a lot of conflicting opinions on whether or not you can swim once plug has gone. It's a definite no no if waters have gone but jury's out in regards to plug.

Thanks Emily that's what I found when go ogling so I called triage they said it was fine as long as my waters were intact lol

I just stood up and felt like a lot of moisture I was like ooo... went to the loo and massive amounts of mucus plug. Like it filled the pad. So guess that's the final bit coming away then! Wonder if that means the sweep did something yesterday lol.
