Glad everything is okay, gesic. Hopefully you'll go into natural labour soon enough, and can completely understand why you opted to wait To be induced. You don't want to already be in an exhausted state when labour starts.

Aye. I'm hoping she comes this week but that seems unlikely. I wanted a bath tonight but I'm so shattered I'd fall asleep in it lol so I'll have one tomorrow! Hubby is looking forward to a 7am lie in tomorrow so hopefully Lil miss will put a spanner in the works in his plan lol

I'm totes going to be pregnant until at least next Sunday! I can feel it in my bones!

Kabuk if you do have to be induced I hope it doesn't take too long for you. It can take days sometimes, so hopefully your little man will be ready and raring to go!

No baby yet. I was 2cm earlier with soft, short cervix. They said will be easy to break waters.
I had contractions which stopped. Pessary will be taken out early hours and then taken to labour ward to have waters broken. I am not sure of I have updated with this yet or not. COME ON BABY!! xx

Oh and a Facebook friend gave birth at home today (not intentional, just quick labour) and her OH had to deliver!! xx

Thanks Emily, me too. I know it can take days, just hoping it won't.

I caved and used the breast pump for nipple stimulation today. More colostrum than I expected came out- wasn't expecting much as I haven't had any leakage. I'm going to do the same tomorrow. Hoping it'll work its magic. He reacted to it and felt some tightening, but nothing yet.

I think I'd like baby to come next Tuesday. My hubby's grandma turns 100 on 9th June. Obviously baby won't be born in June but it would be nice to have exactly one month before on 9th May. We've already decided if it's a girl we'll use her name, Christine, as a middle name.

We haven't decided any first names yet though!

Lisey hope it happens soon for you. After my waters were broken either my son he was there about 7hrs later x if i remember right. Lol
I never thought I'd say this but I am slightly envious of your soft short cervix lol.

I'm still bleeding from my sweep but not period like mind you I have mega heavy periods I think after reading what some girls are like on here.

Mind you a home birth like liseys friend sounds scary obviously a die hard star wars fan has just been born lol

Lol, I was quite happy about the soft cervix

It's funny cos her other half put on fb last night that he wanted the baby to be born today. He got his wish and had to do the delivering too xx
