***** May 2015 Mummies to be *****

Morning ladies. Hope everyone is well, I feel so tired and drained today and I even slept well last night. I feel like im dozing constantly this morning!

Glad blakes slept better last night Durham, sorry you didn't know, this last stretch is the hardest to come by for sleep isn't it! My parrot has also started acting differently towards me. We have a love hate relationship usually with me loving her and her hating me lol, but atm she can't get enough of me and constantly wants my attention and when she's out she's right next to me watching me and constantly watching my bump as if she's waiting for it to explode like a bomb, it's completely unlike her like I say she would usually avoid me if she could. Im sure she knows something.

That sounds like hiccups elliott. I feel my babies hiccups around my belly button level sometimes higher.

Not long til mat leave mayflower. It will soon be here!

I'm so excited that it's April. There's a good chance I will meet my babies this month. But with that comes the fear of am I going to cope? Im not sure how it's going to go down with 3 children. I keep telling myself ill managed once I get the swing of things. Im just dreading the first time of being alone ehen my oh goes back to work.

Anyone else's braxton hicks ramped up a gear? Im having them I must have them a couple every hour. They're not regular and they're just tightening but really uncomfortable and getting more intense now than they were xxx

DELIVERY ARRIVED!!!

so very excited now to try it in the car!

Goodness flosi i thought for a second you meant baby not your post delivery haha!!

I am knackered spent the day out with my sons bestie and his mum and sister today was lots of fun but boy my bump is heavy!! Lol

Can't believe its April babies will come this month and next! Thats mad! I've loved sharing this journey with you all and looking forward to the most exciting part, meeting our babies!! :D

Sorry buttonbear, not that kind of delivery..... I was so super excited though.

Although I think baby is the next one due. He he

Hope everyone has had a good day, I'm very sleepy and have very sore throat. Xx

Just watched last nights OBEM, crying my eyes out now lol. I can relate so much to the couple that went through IVF, they sound so similiar to us.

I cried watching OBEM, when the dad said what the babies sex was...I want to be able to do that but I can't wait haha

Talking about animals acting weird...I've gained a cat over the last week. He/she came in my home and hasn't really left (follows me everywhere) I kick him/her out when we're out and night. My LO has appropriately named him Stephen (girl or boy it's a good name for a cat!). I would properly claim him as our new pet but I'm sure he has owners as he's really friendly and let's me pick him up etc.

I was going to announce that I'm pregnant on facebook today but then I couldn't be bothered. There's been 1 picture that shows my belly that I've been tagged in and only 1 person has had the balls to ask me.

Have you packed/started to pack bags yet? I started, all babies bits are in just need to do all mine.

Hi all.

Back and hip pain has woken me up and can't get back to sleep. Hope you're all ok xx

Morning all, 32 weeks today yay!

Awake early as hand is really seized up and hurting, should fade soon. Blueeyes doesn't sound like you've had a great night.

Flosi just read your other post, hope you're feeling ok
X

My bag is nearly packed Tasha, I'm heading out this morning to get a few last bits, and maybe a new bag to put them in too as my old hold-all is looking tatty!

Another rough night here again, Blake was screaming for no apparent reason  This often happens after an illness and we have to 'train' him to self settle again. It's like he gets back into the habit of shouting us if he wakes up, even if nothing is wrong.

Congrats on 32 weeks Elliott, sorry you're in pain Blueyes xx

Morning ladies. Hope all is well.
Im not too good today. Been up since 5 as get up with my oh for work but usually get back to sleep but ive got a period type pain running through both hips and then been having braxton hicks and then it hurts in my lower bump aswell, really uncomfortable, I can't settle at all. Running myself a bath to see if it eases off. Was having the odd pains last night, like really intense braxton hicks, nothing regular but I did managed to fall asleep around half past 1. My oh is at work til 2pm and my son's meant to be at nursery today this afternoon buti might keep him home as I don't feel confident leaving the house on my own the way im feeling. Fingers crossed this bath eases this off. If not im going to call my mau and see what they say as something doesn't feel right. Xxx

Let us know how you get on Casey.

Is anyone else finding it uncomfortable to sit down? I am ok if I have my legs under me, but it's uncomfortable to sit flat on my bottom iykwim? I am wondering if it's baby position.

The baths helped so far thanks ladies, still getting a few twinges in my hips and back now im out but nothing as uncomfortable as before so just going to see how I go and climb back into bed with my little boy and stick a film on xxx

Aww casey I hope things settle down again for you. You're doing amazingly.

I've had a pay day splurge on a mobile :s not even a proper play one just a decorative one but feel in love with it...

Aww Elliot that's lovely, and congrats on 32 weeks. A few of us reach 34 weeks today as well, scary!!
I hope it settles down a bit for you casey, paracetamol a cup of tea and another hour in bed sounds just the ticket.
Mayflower no I don't get that, suppose it sounds normal if baby is so low down but this one is still transverse, incredibly uncomfortable having a baby of this size so high up, head and bum still wedged in to ribs.

Hope everyone else ok xx

Catching up this morning- floss I also thought you had had the baby for a sec!! Pleased the car is here! Sounds like some of us are struggling now- caseysmummy I think you are a bit of a trooper carrying 2 little ones round so hope you are feeling better. Hope everyone else is managing to get through the day ok too- only today to go then we can all enjoy Easter weekend.
I really have a feeling our little man is going to be early. Thought that for quite a while really and not sure why- not long now anyway but desperate to hang on until 37 weeks to get to the birthing centre!
Looking forward to a nice long weekend with my OH as it will be the last 4 day weekend we get to spend together as a couple (plus the dog of course)! Scary but so exciting at the same time! I really want to use my maternity leave wisely and have always wanted to write a book. I'm genuinely thinking of starting to do it- something I've wanted to do but put off for a long time although I may be so exhausted and busy that it falls by the wayside again...!

Yes i do, ive been struggling to sit comfortably on my sofa for this reason!

Pains have completely gone now thank goodness. I honestly thought they were going to make an appearance today was quite scary but so glad the pains gone. It was so similar to the start of labour with my son, maybe it's just my body practicing? I've told them they can't come until they're at least 4lb though as if they're over that, they shouldn't have to go to special care unless they were struggling with something, they could stay on the ward with me. But it's really put in reality about being home alone and going into labour, I haven't actually got a plan for that incase, so going to sort one and discuss with oh later I think xxx

So glad pains have eased caseysmummy!!

Flosi hope you're doing okay too!

Ladies I feel terrible all of a sudden, can barely stand up without fear of falling/passing out! I literally have nothing in me no energy at all and just cannot breathe/get comfy! Arg what is happening!?? :(

I feel all i do is moan, sorry ladies xx
