*** march 2015 mummys to be ***

Hi beauties!
Milania Andraya-May Fuzz was born at 2.53am weighing 6lb1oz with a lovely head of dark hair! Delivered naturally without any pain relief (not my choice!!) second degree tear due to having to go on the drip because I as so exhausted my contractions collapsed- & rather than delivery her head, break then panting out her body slowly... Her head came closely followed by the rest of her!! Sadly after delivering my placenta i lost a lot of blood... So I went from having this blissful moment of delivery my daughter- to looking up and being surrounded by 30 doctors midwives nurses and HCAs with Jay mum & baby being ushered out the room! She's absoloutely perfect & I'm so in love! The pain is unreal but it's forgotten the minute you see them... And for those first time mums- it's honestly NOT as ad as you think it is going to be! I'm on my phone so can't post a pic but I will when I get home- need to stay in hosp for 2; hours xxx

Aww congrats GF I bet she is beautiful. I bet that was a panic seeing all those doctors and nurses but glad they were all there to help you along. Hope your ok and get some rest in xx

Congrats GF, love the name of your little girl! Sounds scary after delivery.. Well done! enjoy lots of baby snuggles!

Are either of your Rachel's known as something else on facebook? Lashes something?

Nope not me tiggy. Im just Rachel and my surname. Shall pm you xxx

Does anyone else feel like their lady parts are being pinched from the inside?! Its so damn uncomfortable.

Hi Tiggy,

I messaged you saying that for some reason only my business page (lashes) will accept the group weirdly!!!!

There must be a way if you accept my business profile then I can request my personal page. It's blinking weird!!!

Xx

Rachel here here!! I get a nervy pain down there too but on the inside xx

Its the worst I have ever had it today. Think bubba has moved even further down. Am off to go do some bouncing on the ball xxx

Rachyw your on now with your business page! Rachelb I've sent you a PM!

So I've had my home birth assessment and the midwive was very enouraging and supportive of homebirth. She was here an hour 20 mins and talked about loads of things! So I'm on the list for homebirth as long as I dotn go into labour before midnight tonight! (Cutoff is 37+1) don't think I will as all my symptoms I had on the weekend have completely settled now!

So birth pool inflated and birthing room ready. Just gotta wait for the birth liner (which has been dispatched) and my thermometer which I pick up tommorow! Very excited now! Hope it all goes kind of to plan! My first birth was straight forwards but quick so fingers crossed it's similar! X

Hi Tiggy thank you, I've just gone in and requested my actual personal page to be added which needs approval from you then I can take my business page off.

So weird!

That's so exciting! Wow how amazing to be in the comfort of your own surroundings xx

I've just messaged you tiggy hope it works. :)

Had a lovely afternoon with my mummy. Lunch out and a stroll around the shops. I got a super cute little ted baker hoodie in the sale section in Debenhams, we don't need any more 0-3 clothes really but I couldn't resist!!
Kept getting tightenings as we were walking round and it made it hard not to waddle haha. Now we're home and sat down it all seems to have settled again. :)

The pain in my lower back today has been unreal also to the front with pelvis with the pinching feeling. Hope its all signs. Shefeels like she has moved down!!! Come on baby girllll

Congratulations GF wonderful news xxx

Tiggy will message you shortly for FB xx

Can't believe my little boy is a week old today. I'm still a little ropey both emotionally and physically but loving being a mum. We came home on Friday night.

Breast feeding didn't go great he started off great but then for some reason started screaming everytime I put him to the breast. So I decided to express my milk which works much better. We are getting there slowly.

I have to say this little one is the best thing that has happened to me. I can't believe he is here and I can't believe he is mine xxx

Rhonda that was happening to my boy, and it was because I had too much milk and it was coming too fast. Feeding while lying on my back magically sorted this! And in a few weeks it was fine anyway. Maybe worth a try? X

Rhonda I had the same as iLove, I had too much milk and it came out too quickly. He would refuse to feed and scream at the boob. Reclined and layed back feeding worked better as did expressing the first bit off then latching him on when the flow was settled. Eventually the supply settled and as he got older he liked the milk volume and speedy delivery!

Aw Rhonda. Sounds like your doing great.

Can't wait to see a pic of him! Hope you are all well.

Xx

Ahh ladies where is the time going?!

I had my second and last bout of intravenous iron today and I dont need to go back to hospital (I hope!) until induction day. Its such a grind getting there and back and every step walking now is such a struggle. I could happily stay in doors now until its time! Its strange because my body wants to slow down and take it easy but my mind has other ideas lol.
Anyway, painkillers and early night for me tonight, as much as I am not bothered by needles the midwife tried the cannula in one hand and it failed (im not good at giving up veins!) so she had to get a doctor to do it in my other hand. So I now have two hurty hands, im not usually a pain wimp but im feeling just overall fragile today!

So lovely to see GF's labour thread, and what a beautiful name for your daughter :) xx

Demaris- That sounds painfull the cannula in your hands I'm dreading that more then the pain when I'm in labour :(

Podpie- glad you had a lovely day out I could do with getting out being stuck in the house is driving me mad! Lol

Rhondalou-A week old already That's gone fast sorry your having a hard time breastfeeding do you have a electric pump or manual hand bump? x

I'm jealous of all you ladies that have your baby here already! I'm feeling impatient and can't wait to meet mine hopefully none of us are waiting much longer x

I've had tones of yellow stringy discharge the past 2 days sorry tmi I'm thinking it may be my plug just trying not to get excited though x

Sometimes you have to take pleasure in the small things... I've just left asda well chuffed! Was craving a choc orange so went to get one and theyre on offer for £1! Great! Two in the basket...
Decided while I'm there to see if they have chocolate buttons ice creams (because I love them and keep ordering them online and they keep getting subbed). They were on offer too, 2 for £3! Great! Two in the basket...
So here's me thinking I'm on a roll here, I'll see if dishwasher tablets are on offer as well as we'll need some soon. Rollback £6.77 from £13! Don't mind if I do!

I dont think I've ever had such a successful trip and it's left me in a good mood haha. Might also be that I can't wait to get home and tuck into my choc orange...OH needs to hurry up and finish playing footy so we can get home before my ice creams melt lol!
