**** June & July 2013 Mummies and Babies ****

I just assumed it would fir, it folds away so small and the frame isnt even that big once up either so its really annoying that it doesnt fot properly lol! Xx

We can fit everything in hubby's car - just. As LO loves his bouncer we have to take that with us when we go anywhere too - add that and it's all a bit of a squeeze.

All I ever hear off MIL is that she had 2 children and a fiesta and fitted everything in!!

Oh god today's the day I leave my baba! Only for 3 hours, and he's going to be with my mum but I'm soo nervous haha. Its taken me all week to express 300ml of bm, as I'm scared he's gonna starve haha, in reality he'll probably take a max of 100ml lol.

But it will be nice to get my arms back for a few hours & finally get my hair sorted! I had it done when I was pregnant but because of pregnancy hormones/oils the colour didn't take properly so I've had patchy hair since!

She had a little girl :) so no noah james number 2 hehe hes well cute aswell! Xx

Hey girls, well as LO is turning 6 weeks on Wed I decided to initiate and DTD for the first time since a week before I had him. It was ok but still a little tender. As I had no cycle before I got pregnant and had to have IUI to get my cutie I dont want to take any contraception that mucks around with my hormones but definetly dont want to get pregnant so soon, therefore we used a codom. But I have to say I really dont like them (sound like a man I know). Ive read quite a bit about the coil on these boards and was wondering does it effect hormones? Do u ovulate with it? I probably sound daft but I would like to hear if any of you have experience of it.

Also on another note I had an episiotomy and a vaginal birth. Now 6 weeks on Im feeling normal in general but one thing that hasnt got back to normal is when I am in full flow (sorry tmi) weeing I now can't stop completely when I used to be able to. I can at the start and the end but not in the middle. Is this normal? Will I ever get that conttol back?

Hun i csnt completely stop myself mid flow either! Noahs 4wks on thurs..
Think its kinda normal tho. Im trying my best to do pelvic floors xx

I don't have that problem but I still dont have the urge to pee. I set alarms every 4 hours during the day to remind me or I will literally not go! Its awful. I've not got any incontinence though which I'm glad about x

Thanks girls!! I need to get better at doing my exercises!!!

Apologises for the subject change but need to know if I'm being over sensitive.

I put a pic of LO on Facebook - few comments and likes and then my brother in law puts 'I'm sure one day he'll stop being a bit erm boring'. I'm so pissed off. He's made similar comments in person before too.

Feel like telling him that if he thinks he's that boring he can stay away from us! (I'm not his biggest fan anyway).

Oh god beck! What does he expect LO to be doing at this age? What a douche x

Just wanted to answer regarding the coil... There are 2 main types, hormonal (called mirena coil) or non hormonal (copper coil). Before trying for my bubs I had the copper and will be having it again in a couple of weeks. You still ovulate and have periods as normal, it just kills any sperm that comes near it! Had it for 5 years no problems and then simply taken out when ttc. Xxxx

Glad it's not just me - grrrr don't call my baby boring!!

Ooh thanks for this. I would be interested in the copper one then so that it would kill the sperm but if my daft body ever starts to sort itself out and actually ovulate then I will actually know. I really hope that it does as it means if I do ever want baby no 2 I could actually have one. Havent had an af in years either!!

I going to go foe thr copper coil doctor thinks its the best on for me to have because of all thw problems with my blood and stuff ahe said I neeses to avoid anything that has hormone in so she said this would be best x

Sorry for subject change. I seem to have got my period already. LO is 8 weeks this week and im exclusively breastfeeding. Im thinking its WAY too soon to be ovulating. Iv been told no periods for around 6 months, so what the hell? - Googled it though and it said if lo is going for 6 hours or more at night without feeding, it could happen. And she is going that long, has been for past 3 weeks. Anyone else gotten their period already, and are also breast feeding? - i hope it wont affect my milk supply.

I wasnt expecting to have a period whilst exclusively breastfeeding either so will be interested in replies to this! You're probably better posting something about it in the breastfeeding/postnatal section though as not many mummy's on this thread are at 8 weeks yet xxxx
