****July 2018 Mummies - Tri 2****

Definitely wasn't hiccups as I've felt them before and knew what they were instantly. This felt almost as though there was a mobile phone vibrating inside me! No idea what that could mean.

I feel like I'm really struggling to breathe. Having to take deep breaths and I just feel all restricted :( don't like it

You probably don't want to hear this but it is only going to get worst with the baby growing and restricting space for your lungs x

Vibrating phone? lol. This is not how I feel the hiccups either but I guess it has a lot to do with baby's position and fluids x

My maternity start days was confirmed yesterday as 6th June. I should hopefully have a nice month to spend one to one with DD before her sister comes and steals away my attention!!

Jem...Baby may have moved or stretched and pushed up against the diaphragm. Not as much room for our lungs now and it will only get worse. That said, try to really concentrate on your posture and sitting up straight, opening up your chest to give your lungs as much room as possible and that should help. Xz

Jem hope you're feeling better. I can echo what the ladies have said. It does start to get worse from here on in, especially when feetget lodged near ribs etc. Just try finding the best position for your breathing and take it easy for a bit xx

Mala the only type of feeling I can describe like that are my palpitations from my anaemia. Hm I have no idea what that could be hun probably baby just at something though xx

Anyway morning everyone.

Have to go to buy a maternity swimming costume today, possibly the most depressing thing ever. Tried on my bikinis yesterday it was laughable. Taking dd swimming on Sunday though so have to get one :/ OH has the hospital today for an MRI so after that we're going into town just the two of us. It's going to be nice getting some time together it feels like forever!

Ohh also since she's off nursery now, DD wants to stay overnight at her grans tonight aghhh!!! They literally live around the corner now but this is her first night away from me ever :/ Helppp !!

That is a big one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can totally understand... dreading DD asking for the same. I only feel that she is safe when with me or her dad. A bit silly and hopefully I can get cured from it xx

Aw Shanivy that's great she's feeling up for a night away, fingers crossed it goes well. She'll have a lovely time. As for you, well it's tough the first time but try and enjoy it, take oh to hmv today and choose a good dvd

I need a swimsuit to. DD loves swimming but I've avoided it since my bump jumped out. They're so expensive though I really don't want to spend £25/30 on something I'll wear maybe 5 times

I bought a normal but size bigger swim suite and it lasted me the whole pregnancy! it may be worth trying on.... x

Jem me too! I've been so out of breath running around at work and sometimes even when I'm just staying still. I think KHTW is right though, just as well when I get back from Oz I'll only have 7 weeks of work left. But people are being so kind as well, noticing that I'm tired and need to sit down quite a lot!

I tried this when I was looking last pregnancy but I've not been blessed with any kind of bum so they hand awful. I saw some on asda for £16 so I might try one of those

Aww Shan, I bought one from mothercare just a plain black one. Tell us what you find!

Ps. So sorry not replying to messages... I'm awful at logging back on! Ps. "Dulcoease" is the bomb for constipation... It's fixed me! In 2 days

Thanks GG but my physio told me not to sit up straight it's the worst thing for my hips. Can't win haha x

I agree with asda. I had a look and they have a nice maternity swimwear range and no more than about £18 some even less than that. I need to get one for my holiday in a couple weeks x

Ask next time you're there. You can lift your chest out without straightening your lower back so that could be a good compromise xx

Oh Shan...that's a biggie for you.

Look at it this way, she is only around the corner so you can get to her super quick if needed, you and hubby get a whole evening and night together and you never know...you might just sleep through. Unlikely, you'll probably still wake up but...when you do, you'll be able to just stay there and relax. You can plan something lovely to do with her when she comes home and I bet she'll absolutely love it. Xxx
