Hi guys, can I join on here a little bit early? I'll let you know if my due date changes later at my scan but currently due 19th July.
Just read the entire thread so far, sounds exciting for everyone!

I'm also feeling pretty gross and uncomfortable in my own body urgh, just my boobs are too big, my normal jeans are starting to dissect me. People who know I'm pregnant can start to see that I'm filling out in my middle, and I can see a bump in certain clothes, even though this is my first!! But otherwise I just look so fat, can't wait for the end of the month when hopefully it'll be a recognisable bump. It's my birthday in two weeks. I didn't do anything much last year so thinking I should do something special to mark this one because it'll be my last birthday before I become a mum!! Have loads of questions to ask about different things, but might start them on a different topic... Enjoy second trimester ladies!!

aw KHTW that's a lovely comment to get! I agree with you I do love my little bump just the boobs I'm not enjoying. yesterday I had on a bra, vest, top and jumper and you could still see my nipples. I put some breast pads in to go out for lunch

really hoping after another year of breast feeding I can lose a little extra weight and tone up and hopefully get them down to a C cup

Nope, not yet, I may do though. Just worried about lots of repercussions from being off sick again :/ I wish it wasn't so difficult and we didn't have to worry about being ill!!! I'm only human and I'm pregnant and everything is just hard work, and to be ill on top of it as well ahhhhhh I want to scream haha x

Dd has a cold and she's teething. Calpol says can't give it to her 3 days in a row. Tries teething gel, nothing, Asher and parsons teething powder stuff nope. She's screaming, she's overtired because her teeth won't stop so she can nap. Ugh gonna be a fun day, hubby's not home till late either :/

Dd was born in January so I just spent winter toasty warm complaining about the heating being on haha. I remember walking home from bonfire night with my coat off and everyone had hats and scarves on.

I hate sweating. Think I'll be miserable then lol. What is labour like in hot weather?

They have air con and fans lol. I was fine I love being warm hate the cold so was perfect heh. Plus if your hot put a Hosp gown on and don't tie it, get air to your back lol.

Snap! Hate being cold! I remember Hospital was very toasty and while all the other pregnant ladies were fanning themselves with magazines, standing next to Dyson fans or practically hanging out the windows I was in 7th heaven haha

I hate being too hot though! lol I'm definitely using the birthing pool again and maybe ask them to chuck some ice in it haha. It will be nice to not have a newborn in Scotland in January. Hated taking her out at first, it was so so cold!

I'm hoping to get in the garden at lot with the new baby and dd too Xx

Teething babies are a nightmare... so little you can do to help them. Nothing much worked on DD either so just used calpol and the powders. Sadly this is something you just have to wait out x

God this bloody winter! Phone health visitor for calpol.. Dd used to get a fever with teething and end up being checked at the hospital. They'd tell tell me it was fine to give after a little break. Check though cause I can't remember how long. For teething have you tired dentinox? Or the nelsons teething powder? That really worked for her if I could get it in her. Or do you've have one of those Baby ice pop things?

Ooh exciting can't wait to see scan pic. We're all in the same group I don't care if anyone comes to tri 2 early lol. I'll put you down now and take your new date if it changes

Afternoon ladies. I'm still in bed. About to get up but had an awful night and didn't get in here until 4. Tractor broke down in the field last night putting a big bale of hay out. So, it stopped with bale resting on floor, bale spikes still in it and luckily, only little ponies in the field as the top loader (arm that carries the hay) was obviously down. We checked and all ponies could walk under it fine. Nothing nasty for them to get hurt on so had to leave it as was. Trouble is, we only split these ponies from the big herd on Friday, so they're still regularly calling for their buddies. It meant every time I heard a neigh, I had to go and investigate. Everything was always fine but horses like to remind you of the cry wolf adage. If I hadn't checked, I'd have regretted it. They settled down about 3am. I settled and came to bed at 4 but just couldn't nod off. It's my day off, Dan is working from home and went out to check the horses and has left me well alone bless him. Think it's time I got up now though lol. Still shattered after 3 weeks of insomnia now though.

I'd like to join Tri2 now as well, my due date is 10th July.
Been suffering from what I think is round ligament pain last 2 nights, keep getting sharp pain nr hip on left which hurts more when I move, this has meant lack of sleep for me

Nothing worse than not being able to sleep.

Happy 15 weeks!! I was thinking wow 15 weeks already, that's crazy... then I looked at my ticker, I am 3 days away from that haha. It is going super fast!!
