Jem, I felt shit the other day. Have a bath, do a face mask (I like dead sea ones) can get them from anywhere now lol helped my face so much (best after bath cos the steam). My hair goes greacy fast if I use conditioner ATM no idea why maybe stop and see if it helps. If not get some dry shampoo lol.. Oh Also sudocream your spots just rub abit in and leave it overnight, I used to have really bad acne, was the only thing that got rid.

Agree Jem give it some time for your bump to pop. I don't look pregnant yet either I just look fat. But in a few weeks baby will be well out of your pelvis and showing to everyone. Buy some dry shampoo until your hair sorts itself out, try a different skincare brand, treat yourself to some new maternity clothes that enhance the bump, maybe get your nails done..and give yourself a shake hun!

Youre making a human being lovely. Every day that baby grows and develops is all JUST because of you. Nobody else! Smash that fucking computer if he doesn't tell you that too. Hugs! xxxx

Just in and got dd all settled etc. Waited a while but baby was very cooperative for once and she said she was certain. But yes I did have to jump again. Ivy thought that was hilarious. I can't believe it haha I'm so excited. I feel so bad that I actually wanted another girl and I really though it was a boy. Seems I'm rubbish at guessing my own children

Called past Asda for Gaviscon and let dd pick a few things for the baby. Picture of one of her pics lol.

Feeling really really down and shit about my appearance atm. I can't seem to feel nice in any way shape or form. My hair is greasy within minutes of washing it, my face is oily and dry at the same time and full of spots. I feel my body is disgusting and don't look pregnant just huge and horrible. Just need someone to hug me and tell me I'm beautiful but OH is more interested in his computer this evening

No such thing like a horrible baby bump!!! You are creating life, your little mini-me! It takes a lot from us but just wait to see how much it will give back x

Re. OH just ignore him. Honetly men can be so clueless... I bet he has no idea how you feel. Maybe just tell him, in simple words I know hubby loves me but he is not big on showing it in hugs and kisses (neighter am I), some guys are just like that.

Love yourself, love your baby bump, and give yourself a break - we all need it xx

18 weeks today. Can't believe it...!

Had a shitty shitty night sleep. Kept waking up and felt so awake and pretty much ready to get up and start my day! Now when I am finally up I feel knackered! We have a new GM starting at work and instead of being my sharp self I wil be a tired mess!! Oh did I mention that today is also appraisal day?! FfS!!

well thankfully I'm over my latest "bug" whatever that was. hoping to paint the skirting boards in baby's room today and do some more sorting. husband and I have agreed that I need to relax the sheep work a bit now as I've been doing too much. got the puppy to train though thankfully as I hate being inside all day

Morning ladies, so many scans coming up. How exciting.

I got to the hospital, consultant appointment for 9am and scan booked in for 11.45. Should have the scan first, so now, they've managed to get me in for a scan at 10 and then I just have to wait around for when the consultant can fit me in.

Very happy I get to see baby again but gutted that Dan will miss it again

Great news about the scan GG, you are going to see your little baby, how lovely! Hope you don't have to wait around for too long to see the consultant. Ask them for a pic to take for Dan. And definitely avoid looking at potty shots!!!! xx
