I think that's why I'm scared of inductions and c sections for that matter. Really hope I go naturally x

I know I shouldn't moan as I'm only 37+3 but I'm really finding it all consuming in my thoughts when baby will come. I had psyched myself up for another prem baby and now I think I need to accept that as I've passed 37w this seems to be a normal pregnancy so in all reality I won't have him until 39-40w ish! Just struggling to get my head round the idea. I need to try and stop analysing every twinge and examining my knickers every time I need to pee and get on with life until he's ready to come! x

I'm with you on this Jodied. Today made me realise it's completely out of my hands and there's nothing I can do to encourage LO to arrive. It's bloody hard but as I'm not even overdue yet I need to just get on with things or god knows what it'll be like if I do go overdue. Tonight I've just not looked at the tissue (sorry tmi) and ignored the gym ball. Positive mental attitude they'll be here so soon either way xx

Yep exactly! No more ball bouncing (apart from if that's where I want to sit and feel comfy), no more curries specifically to try and evict and I'm gonna try and go with the flow! He will come when he's ready x

Doob I asked the same question , I go to my doctors to see my midwife and it's in stirling where my hospital is in glasgow. in stirling they can only do a sweep from your due date so the hospital are doing it earlier because they have a different policy . they could make it a little less complicated!!!

LO is still engaged but 4/5ths, last week it said 3/5ths?? I think every midwife has a different opinion on that!!! also she said period pains and all our twinges mean the body is getting ready but have no effect on when LO's will come...........BOO! x

Ah! I've only been attending Stirling royal for scans but back in larbert for giving birth.

Totally boring and not relevant but we went to loch lomond last week the day after our wedding so beautiful!

Yeah was agony back to back......the pressure was the worse feeling ever XXX but worth every pain .......I really wish all of you the best of luck. This forum is brilliant XXX your all lovely ladies xxx
