So that was a bit of a mad appointment..... 36 week checkup showed glucose (I think??) in my urine so I'm packed off to the hospital for bloods and some more urine tests which we will have back early next week.

No idea what it means?! She said it could just be an infection or some discharge that's found it's way in the wrong place (ewww)

Other than that all good, measuring back to 36 weeks but the little bugger has moved again! Typical!

On the plus side I was in and out of hospital in 20 mins! And I booked my ward tour for next week

Aw what's he like moving on you like that! Come on lo move back!! Fx it's a stupid infection and nothing more serious. Will you find out the results pretty quickly? Jealous about your ward tour, they don't do them here x

Induction booked for December 4th so I will officially be a December mummy! Finally have a date to go by!

Yay sammy thats fab hun. day before my original due date im still waiting for my c section date. It could be any time nxt week up to the 1st! Getting tired now im really ready for little miss to come along. finding it hard to get about. My lungs are all squished so i cant breath and my hips feel like a 90 year old lol. Sorry for the rant i need too vent some where lol

Just been to see midwife and baby isn't engaged but she wrote 'brim'and said she's getting there. Fingers crossed she does in the next week I really really want her to be early. 38 weeks would be good xx

Dani that looks soooo uncomfortable! Have you tried having them elevated, above the level of your heart, also massaging your arm pit areas where your lymph nodes are, might help the movement of fluid around and circling your wrists, gently exercising them?

Dani, as Dysco said try massaging lymph glands under arms and circling. Hope it helps. I'm getting tingling in my fingers and really weak in my right arm. Can't even lift the kettle in the morning! Is that CTS too?
Good luck getting results Newbie. I'm sure all is ok but good to check. I'm still trying to turn baby! Mw said at last app that she 60% that baby still breech. Apprentice baby's head and bum are both hard so she can't tell them apart! Been and bought moxa sticks to try some DIY moxibustion!! Fx!

To top off my horrific day I got a call from Barclays fraud office.... Some mo fo has used my debit account for over a grand...... *******s. I hope they die a slow and painful death. My account has now been blocked which means I am without money for a few days (not such a bad thing!) and have to now prove it wasn't me who made the purchases I could cry.

I just checked my bank they've given me back some, I have to call as the transactions appear on my statement. With all this stuff going on today I even forgot to eat. Oops. X

anyone seen the news about the week old baby dying after being bitten by a jack russell! scary, me and DH have talked about how we are going to manage our jack russell when LO comes along. He's not bitten anyone and knows who is the boss, but we have to be super alert I think!

I think as long as you are awear. My dog is the most loving dog and they are known as the 'nanny dog' because they are the best with children. I would still never leave my baby in reach of him because you never know what may happen xx
