Hi ladies, just wanted to pop by and say good luck for your December births! I remember lots of you from when I was in tri1, very briefly as I sadly mc'd but lots of you were so supportive and it's great to see you're all doing so well. I'm so sad to not be here in tri3 with you and still stuck back in ttc but hopefully my time will come and in the meantime I wish you all peaceful, painless births! And lots of beautiful babies Have a great Christmas everyone with your new bundles of joy xxx

Sholou sorry to hear that they weren't v helpful! Maybe you could ring your midwife instead? x

I agree might be worth a quick chat with your regular mw if things continue over the next day or so xx

So I took the paracetamol as recommended by delivery suite. It seemed to ease off but intense itching started, I managed to get an hour sleep but been up with the intense itching and now the stomach pain is back. I can't cope anymore

I'd ring your mw this morning hun and go over it with her and mention the itching too xx

So I was supposed to be in work an hour ago and I'm still laying in bed. I am so exhausted I just can't do this anymore didn't get to sleep till 4am, OH came home at midnight steaming drunk from the football and I really need sleep! Roll on next Friday...... X

Aww Hun.. I know how you feel! I'm only working afternoons now which is prob just as well cos I didn't sleep well either! Up just about every hour going to the loo, and my joints are all clicky now which is uncomfortable... Totally with you for the countdown till the 30th!!!

Oh no have you got a mw triage number for the local mw's office? We have mw number, mw triage for 8.3-4.30 and hospital triage number. If not I'd try and speak to the hospital triage again if it's still very painful or you ave a severe itch. Hope thins ave eased a bit though xx

I've just had my health visitor appointment. She just went through how the system worked and local clinics or breastfeeding or baby massage. She didn't like dogs though so of course mine wanted to be near her and was giddy so I don't think the pooch made the best impression. Normally if you give her a quick fuss she'll go and fall asleep somewhere but today decided to play with the loudest toy she's got (a duck that makes quacking noises) so I might have to make an action plan for visitors and the dog from now on! Of course as soon as the lady left the dog went to sleep with her bloody toy! Typical x

Lol. My dog is like a bull in a china shop when visitors come, he wants constant love!! Think our health visitor will frown upon how bouncy he is but o well. I got a sophie the giraffe toy for lo the other day, took it out to look at it and it bloody squeaks!! I can see this being a problem with the dog :/ xx

O and something exciting today for me. My photographer friend called me today and wants to do a pregnancy shoot with me this weekend, eeek! I really hate having my pic taken but she is the airbrush master!! She wants to do a newborn shoot too. So lucky as I'm not paying for any of it xx

I agree about the squeaky toys and dogs, others she's not so bothered about x

Is your doggie a soft coated wheaten terrier? She's very cute doggy and that's a typical wheatie to do that play with the loudest toy then go sleep when ppl have gone! my parents have them and are absolutely dopey as any thing lol xxxxx

She's a cockerpoo but has just been trimmed so lost most of her curls at the moment. Maybe it's revenge for taking her to the groomers yesterday!

Most people who come over like dogs and fuss her so it's not really been an issue before but I did find myself worrying and trying to calm her which prob made her worse tbh. I did ring OH after in a small panic after the hv left saying 'they won't take LO off us because the dog quacked will they?' He said 'what are you bloody talking about the dog quacked?' and I realised I might be being a bit ott there lol

She looks so much like a wheaten its scary maybe shes has a long lost relitive shes still very cute my mums dogs had a phesant toy that squeeked and was loved so much that the squeeker has now gone lol. Ill try and find a piccy of my mums dogs to show you how similar she is. Xx

hahaha awwww Doras looking all cute and innocent with her quacky duck.

My cat thinks he is a dog, he carrys a little mouse with him in his mouth everywhere and he growls when he hears someone coming up the path to knock at the door. Its so funny.

Feeling a little better now i'm up and at work. I have my 36 week midwife appointment tomorrow so that'll be good. I was supposed to have my birth plan done but i havent. Oops.

OH is feeling my wrath today, after saying "i'm just having a few at the football" he arrived home around midnight absolutely steaming. I was supposed to pick him up but made him get a cab as he said he would be back at 10, then that became 11, then "just one more"

He got up at half 5 this morning for work feeling as sick as a dog. Serves him right haha. He has his works leaving do today but he texted me earlier saying he doesnt want to go cos he feels so rough. mwahaha. I think he knows after next week he is done so he is making the most of his final week.

Spoke to mw and she said if pain returns call day unit as pains have returned I've called them, they think I'm in early labour!

How exciting/scary Hun!! Hope it goes well when you get checked. Are you still it itching? I'd mention that too so if you're not in early labour they can do a blood test to rule out OC.

Newbie, glad you're feeling better I'd be mad at my OH too, though today actually I am as he's still not handed in his pat form!!!! Brandished it this morning saying I need to fill in a bit and sign it too grrr! Your cat sounds hilarious, definitely like a little dog haha xx
