Oh my FUC*KING GOD!!! I've had to come upstairs so I don't either cry or shout at my MIL! Her and FIL have just come over to drop some stuff off and the first thing she said to me is 'you're looking fat!' she knows I've had severe body confidence issues in the past, why would she do that? Urgh, and her and the FIL are the ones I have to rely on to get to hospital when things kick off, that's making me more upset now.

Woohoo yay to 34 weeks, can't believe I've got here too! Just thought with all the stories I hear about twins I would have had them by now. Definitely don't think i'll go into labour myself now, think i'll panic if I do as I'm just working towards the 36 week induction.

So glad your bubs is still cooking though, hopefully they'll hang on a little longer

Yes that's fab that you have got to 34 weeks with two Hun! As you say you must just be on countdown now - cabt wait to do your labour thread - doubly exciting!!! x

My oh went to his parents this evening and they had the cheek to say he doesn't help them enough.. He goes up every other day to do little jobs for them.. They are only 50 odd.. Urgh in laws

Doob what a moron your MIL is! Isn't there any way you could get a taxi once labour kicks off instead of relying on them. Every pregnant person looks big, that's the point as we're creating other human beings, it's not like we can't shed the fat after!

Thank you ladies for your support. I've calmed down a bit now and spoke to OH who reassured me too. He didn't hear it as it was when she was getting out of the car and I was coming in having taken the dog for a walk. FIL heard though and looked shocked and tried to move the conversation on by making a fuss of the dog who by that point had dragged me across the street to see them. My OH doesn't get on with his step mum at the best of times so he's not happy with her either as she knows I had an eating disorder at uni so her comment was particularly hurtful. She could have said your bumps grown or any number or more favourable words but was so matter if fact and shouted it across the street Grr!

I've told OH to leave it for now and hopefully wont have to see her for a while. it has made me think that I need to see if I can also rope a friend in on standby for labour driving. I hate the thought of a 30-60 minute drive with MIL in the midst of contractions! I'll probably tell her what I really think of her then lol! Will see, I guess it depends when LO decides to make her entrance.

My countdown start today, I am working all this week and have friday off, and just a few hours the following week so officially, in my head, finish Thursday and can't wait!!!!!

I honestly don't know if these are contractions or not, they are going very intense but I'm constantly in pain between and have severe back pain, but no waters breaking or show

How's everyone else today?

I was really starting to struggle yesterday playing with Ella on the floor and bending down generally and getting up etc especially after she'd been poorly so my lovely mum has taken her today (I'm not working) and instructed me to relax rather than do jobs so I'm sat km bed catching up with strictly

That sounds ideal! I attempted to go get the rest if my Xmas shopping done, what a mistake that was. Meadowhall was heaving and I couldn't get parked so I left it. It felt very strange being out when I'm normally working and even stranger that soooo many people were also out and about.

Sholou, how frustrating but might be a sign things will kick off soon, eeek! X
