*****December Babies*****

It's awful early morning waking!! It's so exhausting! Definitely recommend early nights mind, lately I've been in bed by 9 and sometimes 8!!

You are lucky sleeping until 4! I go to bed around 1030, awake at 12, 130, 3, 5 and 630isg normally

morning ladies. Had terrible BH last night, ALL night. Think it may have lost a teeny tiny bit of plug too (like ickle tiny bit) or it may have been some mucasy discharge stuff (sorry tmi) had bums and feet all over the place last night, im hoping he has moved over to the left side into LOA position (see i learnt something at NCT haha) anyway, im resting today whilst working from home, and then have to go and source party food for my baby shower on sunday later today!

OH is on his last day off today, he has spent 2 days playing his new xbox shooty game which he has now completed, i found him passed out on the sofa at 3am and had to drag him to bed haha. MEN.

My sleep pattern is I wake up every hour for the loo, lucky I don't have work as I'd be so exhausted

Got health visitor coming within the hour, really can't be bothered :( lol

Hope everyone has a good day! X

good luck Sammy!

I have a little wriggler today. He always seems to have 2 active days, then a couple of quiet days and then the cycle continues..... last night actually woke up screaming because he decided to lodge what looked like a bum in my ribs. Owchy. I'd never seen the shape of my tummy move so much! It was like a scene from aliens. I wont miss this. I want the ability to not have to wee every 5 mins back, and the abiliy to be able to sit on the sofa without going owch!

Sammy I can only imagine how you must feel you poor thing - hope HV went ok? I'm not working today so going to go swimming with my mum and Ella after lunch x

Enjoy swimming Jodie! The HV just left it all went fine really and made me realise babies will be here in 2.5 weeks  I think I'm still in denial about it all actually happening.

I might have to try the early bed time, but i was at birthing class til 9.30 last night so got to bed after 10, wide awake by 4, better than 3.30 the night before i suppose! could do with a little more sympathy from dh too! grrr

OH just don't get it do they?!
Hope you are ok. X

I can't wait but I need to make myself realise this is really happening lol not sure where this denial is coming from!

I am still in denial aswell, its because I haven't put all my baby stuff together yet its all just in the nursery, not set up yet so I don't feel baby will be here soon LOL.

Once I get my livingroom decorated today I can start sorting the nursery again, I kind of abandoned that xxxx

I was so excited that got OH to do nursery in October and I have been finishing it off ever since! Washed and ironed all clothes! Neutrals in the chest of drawers and boys and girls clothes boxed and labelled and up in loft!
OH finished flooring in hall, lounge and dining room and put skirting boards up this week. Just rearranging furniture now and then conservatory to finish! Then maybe new carpet for hall, stairs and landing!
Seems like will never get there but it is actually coming together quite well. The nursery is the fun bit thou so you will live sorting it! If I could upload a pic I would show you our nursery. Will have another go but I am pretty rubbish! Don know if its an Apple thing and I need to use PC. Will try! X

Hi Guys, Just wondered how intense your movements you feel are. Today I have sort of like period pains and very uncomfortable and every now and then the baby seems to be going a bit mad, feels like she is burrowing down the bottom of my tummy!

Same Hun, I have period pains. Saw me today and she said its completely normal, my lo never stops moving xx

Just had my 34 week appointment and lo is still in a head down position , yey! She is sitting high still. I got booked in for 37 weeks next?? Thought I was meant to go back at 36??? Anyway they found high amounts of protine in my urine and something else beginning with 'L'? Can't remember what but the put it in a red topped pot and sent it away. She didn't seem too worried about pre- eclampsia but I am still a bit worried.

Anyone know what the next set of bloods are for? I thought I was done with that and she told me I had to have some at 37 weeks xxx

Just looking in on you December mummies, I might end up being one anyway!

sophs85 - I don't think it's set in stone what weeks you go as I had 35w appt and am having a 38w one tomorrow with no in-between appts. Might just depend what weeks she is at your centre thingy.

My last set of bloods got taken at 28w and as they came back all clear and I have had no problems at all she said I wouldn't need any more, not sure about your situation though so can't say :( xx

Yea they said that to me but as I was leaving she said remember you have bloods next time. O well guess its nothing to what will be going on in a few weeks. Need to start toughening up!! Xx

Lol don't worry about it all I do these days is whinge, you get away with it cos you're pregnant though! :P make the most of it because when baby gets here I have been told that Baby will be the most important thing and I won't really matter any more! So milk it! xx

I just got back from my mw appointment and she says the next one when I'm 36w will be a home assessment with the mw which apparently is different to the health visitor thing. Anyone else had this? X

No, I never heard of that?? Maybe its different for different areas?? X
