It's just take each day as it comes I think. He has some milestones to reach first. He's got to feed and be able to regulate his own temperature xxxx

Hun I know how you feel - Ella was in for 11 days and it is heartbreaking! Can you ask to be involved in the dressing/feeding? I used to do Ella's milk through her syringe, change her nappies and dress her (but she was a little older in terms if gestation and a little heavier - 5lbs 9oz)? I'm sure you are making the most of your cuddles. Do the unit have any sort of rooming in procedure where you can go and stay there with him in a home type environment before he comes home? Might help with the separation issues if they do and something to work towards. Take it one day at a time xxx

Well I literally can't stop eating... Went to the MW today and she weighed me.. I've put less then a stone on but I fear this will double in the next few weeks... Feed me xx

wow you have done well to only put on a stone! I'm on just over one and a half i think, which i'm happy with.

I keep getting the feeling i'm either going to have a very long and uncomfortable last month or something is going to happen soon (watch me shoot my mouth off and still be here two weeks overdue!) but i'm getting lower back pain, period like cramps and the occasional really strong cramp. haven't lost plug or anything like that that yet though so prob ages away from anything real happening!

I lost my first bit of mucus pluggy stuff yesterday, was only a tiny weeny bit but atleast its a very early sign that things are happening maybe! i had really really bad back ache last week but it seems to be alot better now and i get pains every now and again but nothing major! every twinge is exiting these days lol!

I found out that I had only put on a stone yesterday and I was actually shocked. I have been scared to weigh myself LOL!

Amazing how I used to put on a stone in food and that would seem quite easy for me, now its taken 7 and a half months and only a stone to show for it.

I bet I will end up ballooning towards the end for jinxing it but I was pleased with myself especially since my mum has been saying if I dont slow down with the eating these days I will be the size of a house LOL

To be fair though, 2 stone is still good and I will be over the moon with that - most ladies that I have spoken to i.e. fam and friends have said they put on between 3-4

Im lucky that the 1 stone I have put on it only on bump, I dont have a big bum or thighs.

OH said to me "everytime I turn around you have something in your mouth these days" HAHA xxxxx
