I dread the idea of a huge baby omg just the thought-ouch!! Dani you did make me laugh with that £20 comment haha

I've been putting off work I should have done today with a major nesting spree. I've been going through every cupboard getting rid of junk and cleaning them out, totally exhausted now though lol xx

Just doing the finishing touches to baby's hospital bag. Do I need to pack my own nappies? Xx

1 x pack of newborn nappies (27)
1 x pack of wipes (15 that I got with bounty pack)
Handful of cotton sheets
3 x sleepsuits for baby up to 10.5lbs
3 x long sleeve vests up to 10.5lbs
2 x short sleeve vests up to 10.5lbs
2 x newborn sleepsuits (for smaller baby)
1 x baby cardigan
1 x going home outfit
1 x blanket (for ride home in car seat)
2 x Muslins
2 x mits
2 x hats
2 x bibs

Think that should cover it for baby. What do you think?

I don't need to pack any baby toiletries as they provide these at the hospital. I'm not bringing a baby towel either cos it will just get filthy, and I'd like to save it till I get home. Again the hospital provide baby towels too.

I didn't think baby's could be washed for the first week?

Well my LO was certainly washed in the first week!!!!!! I brought toiletries and towel as wanted Lily to use the products I chose! x

I thought they could in top to toe, but not everyday.... I'm not sure

I think I bathed Lily on alternate days! It was quite traumatic as she didnt love water to begin with!!!! I didnt dunk her but ensured she was clean! x

I've kinda only packed for a 2 night stay. Any more then ill send OH home to get more as we are only 15 mins from the hospital. I'm guessing I won't need a baby towel and baby wash stuff for 2 nights?

On another note is it just me or is anyone else seriously freaked out by mess and dirt right now?!?

Yes!!! I spent all day cleaning and sorting out cupboards. Everything messy is bugging me lol

Glad it's not just me!!! I just had to clean the bedroom it was making me feel so unwell!!!!

Nope it's hit me too. I was supposed to be doing loads of work today but I couldn't settle and had to get the kitchen cupboards cleared out, then the cellar??!! Totally random but took all day and I'm still spotting bits that bug me lol. OH thinks I'm mad but he did help me with the cellar haha xx
