Yay, glad its probably working Sophs! I'm feeling very uncomfortable down there tonight, horrible period type cramps. Urgh I've not missed these xx

I had those a couple of days ago. really horrible the down side to Lo dropping is I have felt pressure on my bum and bowel all bloody day, my ribs feel better though xx

I've spent all evening on my ball! It's great! Also done the inversion for 20 mins. Got it kills me! Fingers crossed it works! X

, I've been bouncing too at work, tired doesn't come close but a couple more days of bits and bobs at work and I'm rely done! Day off tomorrow and a weekend of seeing friends, can't wait! The ball is now at home, birthing pool going up Saturday! Yey!!

My due date was 17/11/12 but being induced on the 30th nov as cervix is still closed and no signs of labour xx

So NCT breast feeding class was a total
farce! It was done by a student teacher who didn't know anything about breast feeding. She just said errrr and ummm a lot. One of the couples asked if it was ok to leave nipple cream on and the teacher said "I don't know" cue me telling everyone it was fine as long as you use something like lanoish (sp?!?) another woman asked if it helped to drink like milky porridge to help with supply and the woman said urmmmm maybe! Oh well at this point I couldn't keep quiet, I was like seriously?! Do cows drink milk?! No! Then the teacher was talking about feeding and someone asked if you should feed from both breasts, the teacher said no not necessarily. WELL.... That was enough for my birth partner who came with me (she's a midwife!!!!) that teacher got some re education.

We were then asked to fill in an evaluation form. Under the question "what did you most enjoy" - our written response was "the biscuits"

And under "what could you recommend for improvement" - "more biscuits"

I kid you not. 2.5 hours well spent.

Got to love an inversion... No idea how you managed 20 minutes.. 30 secs is long enough for me xxx
