My friend here who started ttc the same week as me just called and told me she is 12 weeks preggers. I am happy for her but I feel a bit sorry for myself.

I could be pregnant I know but I really don't imagine that it is the case. I went to the gyno today and he has given me some hormones to start taking if AF comes while I am away next week. He says they'll give me a 28 day cycle, but I'll believe that when it happens.

Sorry for moaning. I just feel like I've been here for ever. Which of course I haven't but it's depressing.

Good morning ladies.

OK now I dont want anyone to get all excited but I think its time to share with you that I have had a SFP..... (small fat positive)

Thought I may have seen a line yesterday morning but wasnt sure, tested again last night just before bed (sorry Kitty) and it was definately there albeit faint and then again this morning. I'm using ClearBlue as they are on offer at Boots at the moment and the line comes up within a minute, is thick but I have to add again its faint. You can see it clearly from arms length so thats why I cautiously saying its a line but with my history I am scared to death. I am going today to buy some other tests and will test again tomorrow before I get too excited so I'm not going to say anything anywhere else on this board but please keep your fingers crossed for us. I havent put it onto FF yet either - as as soon as I have done that in the past it has all gone wrong

My temp has gone down abit and I have some reddy spotting, abit heavier than my normal pre af spotting, but I know its over

well still no temp rise for me we did manage to bd last night so if today is the day we are covered looks like im going to ov late or not at all this month guess il just have to keep bd till FF confirms
off to work so will come and stalk the charts when home

I dont know how long it is, but i normaly have a 30-34 day cycle,@I wasn't meant to start until next tues/wed

I doubt its implantation.

Please can I have some advice? I think I have messed my chart up

Last two nights I have not slept well. last night I woke (Literally just opened my eyes) an hour before I was meant to temp. I took my temp and went back to sleep. When my alarm went off an hour later, I took my temp again. which temp should I use?

Sally firstly sounds like you need some of those.

If you slept well up until the time you took your temp an hour early I would use that temp to be honest - they say after 4 hours sleep so as long as you had that then you should be OK.

Try not to get too stressed about it Sally - easier said than done though

Please dont get too excited for me - I am just terrified - to be honest although the lines are there and thick they are faint and if FF is to be believed I am 19 dpo today - I just dont know who to talk to first - if I ring the EPAS unit they will hopefully do me a blood test today but I dont want to look a fool - I had a false + a month ago and I am now worried that it wasnt false and I am going through what happened before again.... Just feel like sitting in a corner and crying to be honest.... I dont have any symptoms except a dull ache in my tummy - like very mild AF pains but no sore boobs, no hightened sense of smell even my wee is normal so no of the normal things I have had in the past!! Oh well only time will tell

Hi ladies. I was going to start charting this month but my instant ear thermometer is broken & I usually get woken up by a crying baby so can't wait 30 seconds with the thermometer under my arm til I get up. What thermometers do you use? What's the best one to use?

Also, I usually get woken up by Austin any time from 5 - 7am so what time is it best for me to take my temperature? Am I right in thinking it should be the same time every day, but only if you've not already got up (i.e. if I take it at 7am & Austin wakes up at 5am then the 7am temperature will be wrong).

Sorry for all the questions, hopeully I'll be able to get a new thermometer & join you properly very soon
