I had a rise in temp today, don't know if its good or bad?

Got bfn but thats to be expected its too bloomin early

Yep thats a good thing Tasha! Hopefully it is an implantation rise, but not definitely. As long as your temps stay above the coverline and dont fall dramatically then all is good. It is way too early to get a BFP now. Its only between 7-10 days that implantation occurs so there wouldnt be any HCG in your urine yet.

Your temps shouldnt fall dramatically until AF arrives or is about to. Your temps will stay high until AF arrives or you get your BFP. If they stay high for 18DPO then it is a good chance that you are pregnant. Good luck.

well we were both too tired to bd last night and this morning my temp has risen slightly still got ov pains so hoping we havent missed it by not bd last night guess i wont be any the wiser till ff confirms anyway

i took your advice rom and phoned them, my level was 85 she said all they can do is get me back in next thursday morning to repeat so still no further forward

ROM - But it ain't over till it's over. Also, that's a bloody long luteal phase... which can only be a good thing. Oh hang on, my spirit guides are tapping on the desk... what's that?... I think Phooldyu is trying to point out that if it is AF, you're likely to ovulate again before the end of March and those twins could still be coming your way...

Claire I am so sorry - limbo land is not a good place to be!! Did they give you any beta tests after the D&C? I cant believe they are making you wait a whole week for another test - god these people dont realise what we woman go through. I suppose now you know what the level is if you test today and then test each day for the next couple you will see it getting darker???? (now kitty dont shout at me for being a POAS pusher )

Kitty looking at your chart you had pretty much covered your bases anyway let the waiting begin.....

Choklatemunkey break open the bottle of bacardi then nice ice cold with coke (diet of course) and a slice of lime...... That's what I have waiting when AF finally decides to show its sorry face.......

no rom i havent had any blood tests done appart from the hcg yesterday

i am just going to keep testing i actually think that the hcg is just taking its time coming down as thats a week now i have had a positive and surely if it was a new preg the level would be much higher than 85, anyway we werent ttc so im not that bothered

rom i have just ordered 50 hcg tests

Thought I should stick my head in here again, not been posting so much recently!
babydust - this must be a v frustrating time for you.
rom - has AF arrived yet? At least you have had a normal-ish cycle?
choklatemunky, sorry AF got you!
I know there are loads more people but I can't remember what else I was going to say!!

I have a job interview on Tuesday so we decided not to ttc this month, in case I get it (wouldn't start until August, have to have worked for same local authority for 6 months to get full maternity pay). It seemed like a good idea, but now I am getting more noticeable CM than usual, so I think ov might be approaching... maybe for once I will have a normal length cycle, that would be a novelty!...and I'm tempted to just go for it anyway and leave it to fate... I don't know if I can deliberately not BD when I know it's the right time.
What do you ladies all think?
What would you do?

Well - drums fingers on her desk - had a great day, got loads done and just realised that I have stopped getting cramps and still no sign of the witch........ I did look at my chart for last month and although I was spotting from 15 dpo I didnt have any real flow until 19/20 dpo so maybe I'm just missing out the spotting this month and will go straight into AF tomorrow...... Going to try and sleep with the window closed tonight as that is what I usually do to see if leaving it open last night effected my temps.....

Kmac - Id still go for it, imagine how disappointed you will be if you dont get the job and you have wasted a month. I dont think that even if you get the job you will really want to put off having a baby, once the seed has been sewn there is no stopping a woman who wants a baby, not until she's got what she wants! Id leave it to fate hun.

I am tempted. I do believe that in the long run things work out as they are meant to. Hopefully I won't ov until after the interview and I know what the outcome is - I will know on the day, so no waiting around!
Getting nervous. I also have an interview on Monday for a temporary promotion in my current workplace. That would only be until November, but it's not really in the direction I want to go. The one on Tuesday is! And it's permanent.
I have such a headache thinking about all of this!!
