hey nelly how r you doing? xx

I'm good thanks keeptrying! everything seems to be ok at the moment, feeling pretty good! baby likes a good kick which I think helps reassure me! been buying baby bits and looking fwd to getting the nursery done after our holiday in june. all feels very real now! how are you doing? has the sickness eased off yet? hope so xxx

ah good im glad all is well. Its so reassuring when you feel the kicks isnt it :) We r going away in June too which I cant wait for some sunshine! Where u off too? Sickness is still there but has eased a lot just once a day at the moment. xx

eventful lol but by far my easiest too. I'm high risk for many reasons and don't normally get this far so quite shocked. No bump pics but I'm big anyways and feeling huge now lol xxx

Thanks for that Leanne! Sorry u have felt so awful of late......I hope now that work is behind u u can start to turn a corner!
I'm currently waiting my one to one CBT after some over the phone low intensity stuff. Unfortunately the wait means I'm likely not to b seen until baby us here :-/ That's going to make it quite hard as although CBT is great I don't think with a newborn I would have the time or energy to put into it what I would need to!...... In the meantime I've been told to have a look at the compassionate minds cause on netmums written by mums that have had PND so I'm going to give that a go!....... Great blog hun- thanks for sharing and being so open and honest- its great that these problems can b talked about and shared openly. *hugs* to u xxxx

Sorry to butt in mum2b but mum2b I'm a CBT therapist (high intensity) and in the service i work for all pregnant women are prioritised for treatment. following pregnancy if its PND related and you have children under the age of 2 years you also get prioritised. in all the services i have worked in this is the policy. i really suggest you contact the service and ask why you haven't been prioritised. sorry if this information is wrong im just going on my experiences. hope you are ok xxx

Thanks for this hun! I will ring up and see what they say. My boy is 2 and a half now so I doubt that would count?..... Its a service I got referred to when I told my midwife I felt low in first tri and with my history (pnd and depression) I was worried about getting PND again! I've had this low intensity anxiety management type stuff over the phone for a couple of months but she then decided I needed to go and c someone one to one and the wait would b 3-4 months!..... The hospital drs r annoyed I'm having to wait (as am I tbh!) So thanks for telling me that I will def chase it up! Xxx

I'm going to keep posting in here with u all until we're all together in tri 3! Be great for us to all make it together :-)

Mrscaulfield is the 31st and we had Babybear with us too (2nd September) but not heard from either for ages! Xx

Can't wait to move over! Looking forward to meeting our little girl. Hoping my energy levels increase soon! Go on holiday on Saturday and I'm absolutely shattered! I think it may just be down to work wearing me out x

Maybe your anaemic hun like me? They will do bloods to check this at 28 weeks but u could always ask before then if feel u r struggling xx

Had a two hour nap when I got in last night and slept through overnight as well. Feel so much better and livelier this morning. Think it's just work and getting ready for holiday after work that's worn me out

Hope everyones well and enjoying the sunshine!!
Having a lazy day today as had a busy one yesterday for OHs birthday. Although got to go and take DS to get his hair cut after school ready for his birthday party this weekend.
Feeling good today, relaxed although a bit tired. Baby moving a lot today, good few kicks in the ribs!! :)
Waking up a lot with a sore throat obv from heartburn and stomach acids, but it doesn't last long. Sleeping okay, although quite hot during the night. Im a lot more comfy with a sleep pillow thankfully!! :)
Hope everyones having a lovely day!
