The buggy thing is hard- my little boy can walk a fair way outside but I don't think I will cope well being over tired with a baby and a toddler who won't walk where I need him to go or is tantruming coz he's tired! Its hard to predict what he will b like in 4 months time but I think we will get something and sell it on again as and when! I just want to b able to put them both in and walk for like an hour or something coz I think it will help me lose weight and save my sanity! Lol!

Yes same here! I popped to a local farm today - not a huge place and was using it as a tester without her buggy as usually i would take it just incase! She did ask to be carried about 5 times but i managed to divert her attention to animals and she soon forgets lol. We have two dogs and she refuses to walk around the village and for ease (we too have lots of tantrums) i put her in her buggy and makes it much easier and quicker. I can't see that in 4 months she will be willing to walk sensibly so with two dogs and two kids i will have break down i think lol.

Going to keep an eye out on fb pages see if i can pick something up fairly cheap. But will want one that car seat can go on as well as i found that a godsend with our first pram.4

Argh decisions lol x

Aww hun, try not to panic- either way u will be fine! If u have gestational diabetes it's best they find it and monitor things and if not then at least u know you've had it checked! What time is your test? Good luck! Def let us know how u get on xxx

Im just walking round work. At 21 weeks noone can tell im pregnant. Whhhaaaat major bump envy ladies lol. I must have been way porkier than i though before lol!! Normally a fairly slim size 12 boohoo lol!!. Hope everyone is having a lovely day!! xxx

Just had my 20 week scan. The little one is great and we found out we are TEAM PINK!! the consultant said I will need another scan because my placenta is anterior and quite low...so we'll see what happens. Also need to have 7 days worth of injections because I am flying to go on holiday. I will need to do the same for the return flight....not really happy about that but that's the way it goes :/

I'm off to Seattle to visit family. The injections are to help prevent blood clots due to the long flight. My mw never mentioned needing them, so I was a bit surprised.

Aw hope you have a great time away... I never got injections when going on long haul flights ?! I was on tri 2 both times, probably the way your trust works.

Mummy midwife sorry to ask but do you know much about Hand Foot and Mouth and pregnancy? I think LO might have it again, and since I'm not immune to any childhood illnesses chances are I'm going to get it too, I did last time she had it

Not wanting to phone NHS 24 unless there's a problem, but the Dr surgery just closed xx

I always worry about giving much advice as what my trust does may not be the same where you are, but as far as I know complications from it are pretty rare in tri 2 if you do get it. I don't think you need to panic at all but what I would say is phone your GP or midwife in the morning and let them know and ask what they normally do (if anything, ie. blood tests etc) or Nhs 24 or triage straight away if you develop a rash/feel unwell.

I hope your little one is ok and that you don't get anything, try not to worry too much xxx

Hey mum2b yes please thank you it's the 18th august. Hope you are all good today? I was really sick this morning but it eased this evening and just been swimming which was nice and relaxing how much stuff have u all brought? I'm still worried about buying stuff incase I jinx something! Mad I know! Think il feel better after v day to xx
