Happy due date Dani :-)

I suffered with the Danny daggers last night too Emma, kept thinking I was about to wet myself 🙈 not fun!!

Congratulations kitty :-) hope you're feeling a little more comfortable now little lady is out of your ribs!

Fab news on Stanley being home Eaw, sounds like he's doing great. You'll know yourself if he's not getting enough, try not to worry (I know it's easier said than done, all we do as mums is worry).

I hope things carry on for you and turn into something bobkat, sounds promising so far.

Got my 38wk MW apt this afternoon. It was the last time I saw the MW before I had Oscar, hoping it's the same again but highly doubt it. My mum is going away for the weekend so has left me strict instructions not to go into labour - it would be perfect for me if I did!!! She fusses and tries to get far too involved, so I would almost prefer her to be a few hours away and not be able to get to us straight away. I'm awful aren't I?!

Xxx

Completely understand about your mum Jenni, if this does turn into anything my mum and dad will be under strict instructions not to come until we're home, and then only 24 hrs after - I need space, can only just about tolerate my dh being near me when I'm in labour.

Fanny daggers are the pits em, mine are accompanied with electric shock type pains down the back of my bum and thighs.

Cramps still going, still regular but quite short in length so still a bit wary but lets just say I've been to the loo lots this morning. Just about to take Freddie to school, then taking dog for a walk and then going to attempt ironing whilst bouncing gently on my ball. If it doesn't turn into anything after all that I can't say I didn't try!

DUE DATE BUMPY!!

I've known all pregnancy i'm going to go beyond 40wks soon as they put me forward..
But pls dnt let me get as far as needing an induction Mr! I'd quite like that waterbirth!

I feel awful again, woke up stupidly early and couldn't get back to sleep and now have a headache. Feel really irritated and blah, just want to sit and do absolutely nothing, even my cats are annoying me today as they won't leave me alone.

Fab due date bump Dani, I really hope you're not waiting long for him to arrive.

I know my grandma will want to see baby straight away, but I know she will only stay an hour so not too fussed by that. My inlaws are looking after the boys while I'm in labour so they will obviously be around, but hoping that once home they won't come and stay all day etc Can't remember what they were like after the boys were born. The rest of my family live ages away so know they won't be around for a few weeks at least xx

maximum 8 sleeps until induction, so that's 8 days left of been pregnant.
I want to avoid induction as well-I would really like him to arrive over the wknd but I think it will be at least weds next week x

Congratulations kitty!!

Baby okay with being that little bit early? Hope you get a name sorted soon :)

I've started to call my two little and large haha... It just kinda happened. Just occurred to me today that Anna is just minus 4 days old and a full 8 days younger Han Luke was when we brought him back from hospital which is just mad!! I'm taking Anna out today with my
Mum and then in Sunday I'm taking them both out together to church (should be fun haha!) so that's us all up and out by 9am! Let's see how that one works out

Baby has been quiet again this morning :-/ I've got my MW apt at 1.45pm so trying all the usual tricks to get her moving before then. Fingers crossed she's just having a lazy morning and will pick up after some jelly babies and a cold drink!
Oscar has been having a good sleep from 10-12.30 every morning this week, but typically is having none of it today :-( xxx

Hope baby has got a wriggle on for you Jenni, I've found baby tends to have a quiet morning every other day or so, panics me but seems to be his new pattern. Hope your mw appt goes OK.

I've put the car seat covers in the wash today and been trying to find the head hugger support for in the buggy. Gutted under my stairs and thrown out a load of stuff and moved things to new locations and looked through some stuff upstairs and still not found it. Feeling pissed off that I can't remember where I put it! Hoping it may be in the loft and will get hubby to look tomorrow xx

Hope baby started behaving Jenni.

I'm having a few niggles but trying to ignore them as much as I can, Chris has gone out for the day so I don't want to bother him as he'll only rush home for what will likely be for no reason...they'll go one of two ways lol x

Still getting cramps, they are like strong period pains. They are lasting about 45secs on average and are happening at 5-7 minute intervals. Not really sure what to think, frequency is good but doubt strength or length of them is doing anything labour wise. Any thoughts? Is this slow labour? Or is it just my body taking the mick?

I'm not the best person to comment as I've lost all trust in my body but if they start getting stronger it's definitely labour. Sounds like it could be early labour though....time will tell xx

Thanks Em, I can still talk and function through them but some am having to breathe through as well. Figuring if they ramp up a bit might hit the paracetamol. Bit scared of going for a bath in case it kills them off. Now they've started I don't want them to stop.

Hope your niggles turn into something.

Me too but I don't think they'll turn into anything....just Braxton hicks again I think :(

Going for a bath won't stop true labour...enjoy the me time whilst you can xx

Dot want to jinx u bobkat but id say thay sounds like early labour to me!!!

Get on ur ball or have a little strong if u can while they r managable and hopefully they pick up!!! Xxx

Bobkat it sounds like it could be slow labour especially if they don't disappear when doing things.

My labour with James started with pains/ tightenings every 5 mins or so and I didn't believe they were doing anything either as other than the pressure I was getting in my bum they didn't real hurt. They were only about 30-40secs long. When they got to every 2-3mins an hour or so later and 50-60 sec that is when I started to question it. Mw's believed they were too close together, not long enough and not painful enough. He was born less than 2hrs later lol

Hope your niggles progress as well Emma.

My car decided to play up and not start at the nursery run pick up :( Had to leave it there and hobble home, it so much pain now. Seeing my chiropractor tonight so I'm hoping she can "fix" me a bit xx

Hope urs mean something to Em!

I was having pains lastnight but i think it was just from all the excitment of the sweep haha!

Losing bloody show today though and having BHs (not regular tho) which seem to be more noticeable and uncomfy than normal.
Hoping i dnt go more than a week over x

Me too! Luckily hubby is back in a few hours so he can go and get it. It's fan keeps turning on when I turn the car off and hubby thinks it's just run the battery down as I'm only doing short journeys so the car isn't on long enough to charge the battery properly. Annoying as this is our family car for fitting the 3 boys, only had it since December and we are already thinking of buying a newer one xx
