Course! Ive had 2 bowls of cookie cereal and 3 welsh cakes for breakfast ahahaha

Haha it is but it may make it worse because of the highish fat content, yoghurt or something with milk may help more (but if you want Icecream, have it!) X

Baby hasn't moved this morning except one one lot of hiccups earlier. Midwife in 30mins so will see what she says! I know he must be fine as had monitoring Sunday and a scan yesterday, wish he wouldn't be so quiet xx

I've had lasagne for breakfast lol....if I didn't eat it if have to chuck it so thought sod it x

No snow here but some forecast for tomorrow. Off to take dog for a long walk before mw appt later this am, determined to get this baby beyond the 4/5 engaged its been for the last 4 weeks and in full on take off position. Id say eat whatever you want, whenever you want at the moment because un all likelihood you won't be able to in a week or so!

It actually does help me lol that's why I'm having it. I'm
Also drinking 4 pints of milk a day partially because it helps and partially because I crave milk!!

Where is your placenta?

I don't feel Logan as much as I used to but if I lay down I can feel him wriggling with my hand but not always from the inside of that makes any sense x

I haven't felt much movement this morning either :-/ my placenta is at the front which may have something to do with it, and the awkward position she's in. I'd ring up and go in to be checked, but as I'll be up the hospital in a bit anyway, I'll just get them to check then if she's still not moving much.
How did your midwife apt go kanga? Xxx

How did you get on with the mortgage advisor jenni?

I would like to be part of the labour club too. Hubby away this weekend, but ready for baby as long as it's from Monday onwards! Fully cooked asnofbyesterday, so not worried about being early.

I don't felt quite as much, I feel punches down low or if I roll onto the side baby is lying. I tend to feel more in the evenings than daytime too. Last time I felt barely anything.

Still more of a lurker than poster but good to hear some of the challenges of pregnancy and birth are being overcome. Good to hear Stanley is doing well.

Im scunnered, the last few weeks have been dragging in for me, not so much for the better half as she has to carry the wee one. Im going out every night to work not knowing if its the night ill get a call when im stuck down in Liverpool. Trucks dont do 100mph very well back up the road.

Aww my step dad is a lorry driver and works nights.
His missed his 2nd daughters birth by 20 minutes as it was early hours and he just couldnt get back in time!

Hope it works out ok for you!!! Lol x

Thanks. Ill be feeding my mrs chicken madras and have her doing burpees on my days off to see if we can speed things up.

Don't forget the good ol fashioned (apparently most effective way) of inducing labour naturally... Give her a good ol seeing to.. Apparently the Semen does something to help dialate the cervix

It was effective for me last time....haha my waters started leaking a few hours later but had to wait 2 days to have my waters properly broken to kick start labour.

Mortgage meeting went well, just had our offer in principle through so quickly dropped that in with the estate agents on our way to the hospital. So hopefully both houses will be officially off the market and sold stc by the end of the day :-) xxx

Midwife was happy with his heartbeat and said if I didn't get any movements in an hour to phone triage. I had a few pokes and rolls so went to the park with the boys as planned. Didn't feel any whilst there, just plenty of BH. But since being home he has had a good wriggle so I'm happy enough, on the monitor tomorrow anyway. My placenta is anterior too which I know hides lots of his movements but he has been quieter than normal lately xx

Thanks guys. Any jiggery pokery is out of the question. Ive been told im barred for life and never getting near her again. Typical, now ive served my purpose im surplus to requirements.

I've just had another waddle around tesco-not gonna be able to manage many more as its increasingly painful.
I've got a major craving for steak so I'm thinking that my iron levels may be a bit low, blagged baby's dad into cooking it for me as he's a chef and it will be better than my burnt attempt lol.
Also started craving ice, had it in all my pregnancies but only really noticeable in the last 2 days of this one.

**edit:just googled and ice craving is also due to low iron.

Is it? On had no idea! I wonder what craving milk means...

In washing some of likes old clothes today to put in wardrobe for baby... I can't believe my big boy used to be this small!! I also ordered some girly vests and a few dresses (£3 @ tesco at the mo!)
I'm starting to freak out about how close birth is now

I guessed the red meat but Google confirmed and then out of interest googled ice, milk will be something to do with calcium, I craved it in the early days of my 3rd pregnancy-don't normally drink it at all x

Y husband went at lunchtime to buy 3 bottles, (you know the 4pt ones and I've drank 2pinya aleqady. I'm also eating quite a lot of Swedish meatballs lol

Maybe the iron thing is your body craving it prior to labour!
