It's sold already :( and I'm sat in tears, stupid hormones! Got the £35 back that I paid so can't complain at that really. Should be collect during the week next week.

I know hubby is probably happier I'm not going for it now but he is still supporting my decision even though I'm selling it. Just spoke to him in tears and he said I told you not too as it could still happen. So it's nice he is being supportive but understands why I'm hesitant now. I am happy with my decision but still sad at the same time it's crazy xx

Well James didn't nap long but I did manage 30mins and probably feel worse for it. All groggy and grumpy now.

Yay for 38 weeks babyslog :)

Oh no tigger, I hope the rest of the day is ok. I hate how people interfere with your birth choice. I've had nothing but negative views on home birth.

Kitten get as much rest as you can before labour kicks off, sounding good though.

Enjoy your takeaway emmam, and the relax from the littlens.

I hope baby isn't breech Jenni or if she is that she moves for you and you don't need an ecv.

I've just put my birth pool up for sale on the fb group I got it from :( Feel as though as much as I would still love a homebirth that I just don't want to risk it even if baby has gained weight (highly unlikely in my opinion). So I just need the pool gone now as it is sat in my bedroom taunting me. Never did I think in this pregnancy I would be swayed from the home birth, but I just feel as though there are far too many risk factors involved now xx

Why have people been negative?
I mean for me, personally, I couldn't think of anything worse. But I'm
A very clinical person. But I can see why other people want it and I don't see why people have t be negative about your choices.

I got told the other day that I wasn't a "real" mum
Because I hadn't given birth naturally :( it was really upsetting. They said a real
Mum gives birth to their child, they don't have them "removed"

They just think I'm putting myself and baby at risk by being at home and why would I want the mess to clean up etc They all think I should be in hospital just incase something went wrong like it did with Harry and James as I needed medical intervention with both so they think I will this time too. Obviously I don't know what's going to happen now with regards to how this baby is growing, he could be induced at 37 weeks due to slow growth or be left to cook longer. Either way with being on the small side he could need help with regulating his temp or blood sugars so feel as though hospital is the best place for us now xx

I agree, the whole not a real mum for having a c section pisses me off and is totally out of line. I would find it very upsetting if someone said it to me. You still have birthed your baby just in a different way xx

Well my pains are back, started in the school assembly of all places-with absolute agony in my back-exactly the same time as yesterday. I've told Chris but not told anyone else, gonna see the kids off to their dads and just see how it pans out-my sisters not at work tonight so should be ok for a lift if needed x

It was directed At me because I had chosen an elective csection and therefore am choosing to have the baby "removed" not so much that I had an emergency section last time. It was really hurtful, but apart from that you done actually have to give birth to be a mother! How insulting to say that. It was an earth mother type I know, she aaid it in the middle of tesco in a chance meeting.

The thought did cross my mind but I'm thinking something il actually enjoy lol x

Not hot enough to make any difference to the pain lol...I remember eating madras and vindaloo last time and although I could eat it I didn't enjoy it x

Ill stretch to a tikka! I love curry but i like to enjoy it without a numb mouth haha!
I have mild chilli too, im so shit lmao

I don't mind a bit of spice but it's not worth fiery gob, heartburn and ring sting tomorrow lol x

Lol I have piles - ring sting is a daily thing at the moment. I like
Proper tikka - the red stuff that's sweet and hor br doesn't rake your mouth lining off. I swear the first Saturday after baby I'm getting that and eating it (hopefully avid reflux will be less severe then)!

I don't do hot food either, korma all the way for me. Occasionally I will have a tikka. xx
