You're all making me feel like I'm missing out by not having a steam cleaner lol. I could really do with one for my washing machine by the sounds of it, it needs a good scrub but I just never get round to it.

The viewing went well :-) they seemed to love it, hoping they'll be in touch with an offer tomorrow, fingers crossed! And, the neighbours behaved :-) haha
I have no idea where we'll go if we do get an offer tho, any house we've seen has sold within a few days/weeks and there's nothing around now :-/ xxx

my mum heard this week that we should know if us renting the house she is selling is going to happen or not in the next week or so. so if its a yes, ill be doing more packing than cleaning haha. im trying not to get my hopes up but i really want the house. plus buying is a possibility in the future if i can get back into full time work within 5 years like planned.

It's so hard not knowing what's going to happen. Fingers crossed it all works out for you :-) xxx

The mortgage she needs to find the buy to let has taken four months to finalise! 4 months!!

Buy to let mortgages arexa nightmare to get now due to the changes in tax. The banks are much stricter with them, so I wonder if that is why it took so long to approve?!

Fingers crossed the sale goes through. I'm sure the perfect house will come up just in time.

We don't need to find a house. It's a second home they used to live in but need to sell to pay off interest only mortgage (they moved into a bungalow) so as they can't sell it we plan to rent it. It been on our family since 1955 so I really hope we can do it.
It has 3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, a downstairs ex, utility room, breakfasting kithen and living room with lovely bright hallways, a paved garden to he rear and a lawned garden to the front win a driveway. Plus it has laminate floors throughout downstairs which means no bloody carpet lol

Of it doesn't work out then we're going to go back on council list to see if we can move on he next year

Oh, I see. Totally misunderstood. Fingers crossed it all goes well then. Friends of ours just 'bought' their house from her in-laws for the amount due on the mortgage. Massively reduced price to the actual value, but worked out for them. Hopefully you will get the desired outcome for your property too.

The value was £149,950 but they're just not getting offers despots lowering it to offers over £105,000 )someone actually offered £85,000 for it believe it or not! If we bought it we would pay £80,000 but they would hide the first £10,000 as deposit so actually we would pay £70000

We have a house left to me and my brother on a will, so when my uncle passes away we will probably receive about 90-100k a piece so will be able to buy some property at some point

Hey girls.

Had scan up hospital. Still very much breech, foot so far down i can actually feel him pushing my bum lol!
Head right under my right rib too ouch!

Currently est 7.1lb so another 9lb+ is on the cards for full term.

ECV booked for 37+6 next thurs, hoping by doing it then he wont be able to turn back. Thats if they can turn him lol! Otherwise C section date should be arranged.

Personally dont think ill try a vaginal birth! Spesh with the fact his feet r in my pelvis, if be so scared what would come out 1st. So i think ill opt for section if ecv doesnt work.

Anyway c what happens next week!

MW is coming to the house this Thurs so will update her on the fact hes breech and homebirth may not be happening lol x

I wish my me dis home visits... I have to go all the way to the bloody surgery :(

Baby sounds really quite firmly breech doesn't he? I hope they can turn him.

I was reading something that's becoming a craze in Australia an America called seeding - basically when you have a c section they do a swab of your vagina and expose the child to the good bacteria they miss by being born by section... Was quite interesting.

Shes only coming to the house as it was to discuss my homebirth haha! So itll probs end up being pointless as they would of normally then arranged to have my HomeKit delivered.
I really sno what i want to do about the HB now, i feel a bit nervous incase he turns bk and im non the wiser haha!

I have a beautiful MLU up my hospital too, birthing pool in every room, double bed for afterwards incase i do stay overnight for bfing help. Loads of friends and family were like WHY home? MLU is like a mini hotel haha!
We shall see ay! It was more to the point about not having to stress with leaving Noah and getting him away and getting to hosp on time xx

Exactly how my 3rd was....if he was bum first I'd have gone for a natural delivery but there's a lot more risks if feet first so section is probably the safest option if he can't be turned-fingers crossed they can get him round into position tho xx

Its just to scary to risk isnt it! I would panic the whole labour lol!
C how Thurs goes tho! Apparently this consultant is good with his hands lmao and has a 94% sucess rate in my hosp for turning breech babas lol! xx

Sorry to hear that babyslog, hope ecv works, but c sec does sound safer option if feet first.

Its official, I'm a complete emotional wreck, past few days been bursting into tears at anything, especially if anyone is nice to me - got a thank you cars with a lovely note in and I was bawling before I finished the first line. Started when my boy started singing rock a bye baby to bump at bath time - he does it lots but this time I was weeping. Went to the mw this morning and started talking about birth plan, cue me bawling my eyes out for no reason other than she was asking me how I feel about certain things. Then she started being all nice about it and gave me a cuddle which made me even worse. Finally managed to get myself under control. But now I'm waiting for the health visitor and know its going to happen again. I'm not nervous or anxious or frightened about having a baby, I'm really excited, I think its because I've come to the end of a really hectic period and now there is nothing else to happen between now and the baby coming, its like my body is catching up with itself and that with hormones is making me cry at anything. Super embarrassing.

awww hope u feel better soon-have a soak in the bath and let it all out-I felt better after doing this, better than trying to hold it all in.

I can totally relate to having done everything, a few weeks ago I had loads of appts stacked up, sometimes 2 a day but now I've only really got my 38 week mw appt between now n due date.
I'm fed up of waiting now x

Awww babyslog - 94% success rate is promising!!! On the bright side, at least you know everything now and not whilst you're in labour - so you can plan ahead!!

I was in so much discomfort last night, ended up the only comfy position to watch tv was on my knees leant over a ball  only problem then was my back! Can't win! She's dropped quite a bit down now though, lots of comments today on my bump dropping. I wish it all meant something but I know it doesn't. 34w today, so I still feel miles behind you all!! Xx

94% is a great success rate!

I'd hate a home birth if I'm honest, give me a hospital any day.

I can't have my ball out because my son just uses it as a giant football! He's currently walking around trying to feed me raisins from a for and getting really frustrated that raisins are hard to get into a fork lol

You can't get much better than 94%! Really hope it works for you. I think I'd be the same as you with him being feet first, I think I'd opt for c-section too if it doesn't work. It's just not worth the worry and the risks.

I was the same last week, crying over EVERYTHING!! OH was working away all week too so that didn't help, I was an emotional wreck!

Been shopping with my mum and Nan today. I brought baby a mini jellycat the same as Oscar's but pink. It's his favourite teddy so I just couldn't resist. Nan also brought her a jellycat, a mini pink poodle because she's always wanted a poodle but never had one lol. I also brought her a Ewan the dream sheep, I had a voucher for 10% off in boots and got loads of extra points too :-)
They both got some (more!!) clothes too. They've both done pretty well, all I got was food from greggs haha.
Xxx

My 5 year old does this! Lol x

I've just seen someone who I used to work with who gave me the dreaded comment of 'you don't look like you'll last till due date!' That's it I'm jinxed now lol x
