I'm ALWAYS waking up from weird dreams! And I usually end up needing a wee at least once a night. And I keep waking up with my arms above my head for some reason :-/
I keep wanting to sleep on my front and my back too - I always, always sleep on my side normally so not sure what's going on.
Pregnancy sure does some strange things to us! Xx

Im sorry girls, but I sleep beautifully at night. Or, I did. Until my cat came home. She's been gone about 6+ weeks (she's a wanderer, always has been, 6 months has been her longest!), but came home Saturday. She wails at 2am, 4am and 6am and it's bloody awful!!!!!

Sleeping positions though I sort of sleep on my front but to the side with one knee kicked up. Super comfy! Preg pillows have never been my friend!!! X

Haha that's exactly how I sleep, on my front but tilted slightly over with leg out the way I'm tilted x

Must of slept funny last night, my neck is so painful which is making driving (my job) difficult. And work just peeing me off but that's a whole different story. Roll on mat leave!!

When are you all planning on starting mat leave? I know it depends what happens later on but what are your plans? I'm having the debate of stay as long as poss so I have more time with the baby or finish earlier just so I don't have to struggle xxx

I think given the physical demands of my job I will finish at 30-32 weeks.

I intend to take a year off with some annual leave bundled on top.

I'm also hoping to reduce my hours when I go back.

Im guna try and leave as close to EDD as poss this time.
As ill be returning after im going to keep as much leave as i can to tag on the end and return feb/march time then next year.

Ill only be returning 2 not 3 days next time. So itll take a while to use up all the saved 2016 leave! Xx

My work are been a pain atm too, when I keep telling them there are certain things I can't do anymore and to take certain climes off me they keep saying your only pregnant you can cope for a bit longer. I know every pregnancy is different bit I've really suffered with this one and as it's my first I'm so protective xx

I feel abit like that today at work, no one has said anything but you know when you just know what they thinking?!
I'm still sore from my fall Sunday then woken up with this terrible stiff neck, I can see what people are thinking, it's all over their faces!

I'm planning my last day to be 4 days before EDD!!! I'm kinda hoping I go early so can phone them up with "oh not coming in today by the way, had a baby". I've used holidays to reduce to a 4 day week from 35 weeks, I'll do more as I work more overtime.

I went off at 37 weeks with Jake and was off nearly 5 weeks before he showed his face - so bored!! I can go back to work March time then. Not sure what to do with holidays - my holiday year ends June so might save them and have Easter and may half term so I don't have to put Jake in nursery extra (hell be part time school then).

I keep thinking about looking for a new job at end of Mat leave though, something with better pay that means I might be able to reduce my hours (and maybe flexitime - my boss only allows full days, so 8.30-5.30 or a whole day off). Not made my mind up on that and it's totally dependant on what jobs there are.

I'm a teacher so to get a clean break for me and the students I'm leaving at the Easter hols and going back the next Jan after the Xmas hols, just makes it easier to work in my head. Looking forward to a few weeks off before bubs arrives so I can take my son to school, pick him up and just some nice mumsy time with him before he has to share me.

I'm working until I'm 38 weeks, then 2 weeks annual leave followed by 16 weeks maternity but with one day a week keep in touch days for last 10 weeks then 2 weeks back before going onto shared leave for a further 20 weeks with another 20 keep in touch days

That's unless they hire a replacement to cover my leave which is looking likely as my second in command is now also pregnant so if they decide to hire someone new and don't do it correctly they can shove it...I'm not gonna miss time with my baby if I don't have to.
