*WeightWatchers Diet Thread*

Good news girls! I invsted in some electronic bathroom and kitchen scales. I weighed myself and im 10stone 2lbs!! yay so im lighter than i though. im really chuffed and its great motivation! Dannii could you please update the first page (prob best to leave it till tomorow, i dont think it will change much over night!)

i think were all guilty of that.. Dean went to football last night there was nothing 'nice' to eat in the house so i made the dream topping from the trifle mix and ate it all.

My pre pregnancy weight is whats motivating me to carry on!

meal plan for 22/10/08 (starting properly!!)

Breakfast
Apple 4oz - 1point
Banana 6oz - 2 points
natural yog half cup - 2 points

Lunch
2 slice of brown bread 44g - 1 1/2 points
2 slice of ham - 1
1 and 1/2 cup sultanas - 2 points (snack throughout the day)

Dinner

70g tuna - 1 point
40g dry pasta - 2 points
onion - 0 points
3 tsp Mayo - 3 points

TOTAL = 15 1/2 points

(so will prob have a cookie at 3 points! lol)

I've changed my stats! I started eating healthier on 27th Sept and so far have lost 11lb! :cheer: But since starting WW (last week) I've lost 4lb! :cheer:
 
I've PMd you Dannii. I'm giving up. I can't be bothered to fill in the spreadsheet and I ate a whole chocolate orange yesterday so even if I did fill it in I would be WELL over my points :oops: . I'm going to try the atkins diet.
 
I've not only fallen off the wagon but i've lost it totally...
it all went downhill when i went to dinner with the in-laws and they poured me a huge galss of my fave wine and i drank it without realising about points...

that and the 2.5kg tin of roses that my mum left at mine... oooops.

I WILL start again. On Monday. Lol. I'll just be goodish until then and start counting on monday (i have a pamper party on Sunday with a buffet... yummm)

I downloaded the points and food part but I don't have the right programs to do the others so could some really nice person be kind enough to work out how many points I'm allowed for me? Please :D

I want to maintain the weight I am If I lose anything then between 7-14lbs but I would be happy enough just keeping my weight at what it is because I tend to put it on very easily.

I weighed myself naked today and i weigh.... da da 9 Stone 13lbs. so Alot less than i originally thought. good job i got some scales! Can u update my stats please? Only that stubborn 13lbs to go!

I had really good intentions at the beginning then completely fell off the wagon.

I actually put a 1lb on :oops: I am soo angry with myself as I can't stop myself from eating crap, so much to the point that i'm actually considering hypnotherapy to stop my sweet addicition Lol.
 
Penstraze I don't use excel but use openoffice. It is free software and is fab, it is compatible with all MSOffice documents and sometimes works even better.

Worth a try if you can't get your hands on excel.
