It was on the health thread for new parents, some other girls on the forum have done it too. it looks like a miracle diet, I don't know why more people don't do it!
 
i lost 4 stone in 18 months even pigged out once a week and ate whatever i wanted and had a few drinks on weekend and still managed to lose weight nearly every week xxx

What would be a good routine to follow with meals and snacks? How many main meals for example. i havent a clue lol ive always just eaten when i was hungry.

AG - i'd say breakfast, mid morning snack (fruit, yoghurt etc) lunch, dinner probably best thats how i do it... make sure i'm not hungry!! :hug:
