Ideally I want an April baby so have a newborn for the summer rather than bring heavily pregnant. When I had Grace we had a late heatwave end sept/oct so was absolutely boiling!

I remember that heatwave - I'd managed to avoid sunburn all summer in the run up to my wedding and then two weekends before heatwave!

2 days till what's usually like AF is due ( not sure if I'm ov'ing properly yet after having depo jab) and there is no sign at all. We have had danger pokes but fingers crossed for a bfn!!

I would really like another spring baby but it's not really up to me to control unfortunately! :)

If we start TTC in the November then I'll most likely end up with a baby around the same time as James (we conceived him on Valentines Day!!)

I am not fussed what month we have baby number, I am June baby myself and OH is obviously a November baby!

Only time I'd want to avoid ideally would be a Crimbo / early Jan baby!

I am getting way ahead of myself as a) this is years away for me and b) I am assuming I will conceive easily and stay pregnant

xxxxxxx

Yep and I was still at work with broken air conditioning, 3 floors up, no lift and SPD!

Oof! I suppose it'd be good news if it's true that we're changing to a much more rainy climate ;-)

I would much rather be cold than hot but it'd be nice to get out with the pram for walks when its nice weather rather than wrapped up and wet

We shall see I guess though :)

Lol it was hilarious! I had to have a break going up the stairs and everyone who would be going in at the same time would either laugh or give me a pity look, I said 'fuck off' quite a few times each morning :)

Next time will be a breeze, I'm on the first floor now & only work 3 days a week & if I time it right I can take a lot of 1 years leave before maternity and most of the next years leave at the end.......just one of my many plans for waiting a few more months :D

Oh god, it was stifling! (sp?) I'm hoping for a spring/early summer baby.

I had a spring baby (30th March) and it has been lovely, although I want an Oct one next time!! I'm a primary school teacher, so want to go back and fanny about with no real responsibility in Sept, have baby in Oct, have 8/9 months off, pop back in for a couple of weeks then break up for summer hols!!!! lol. This was the plan last time but taking 8 months to conceive kind of blew a hole in it!!

I want a winter baby next time. My lo was born early June and although it was lovely to get out and about with the pram, oh was never home as his work takes him away a lot in the summer. Hoping to start ttc in march and hoping to get pregnant quickly so baby arrives in January! I can't risk trying any earlier than march as oh is away in South Africa in November and don't want to be heavily pregnant, or have a newborn when he's away.

i agree with helly a march baby was perfect, nice n cool when heavily preg in winter and baby born just as it warms up then u can enjoy them over the summer and not worry about them getting too cold when really little

yep...my end of feb baby was spot on :)

we should be having one just slightly later if all goes to plan.....maybe a march/april baby. we have already picked the name if its a girl...lol x

In fact, a June Baby would suit me brilliantly!

OH is a teacher, so he would have the first few months off to bond with baby

With Aaron, his paternity leave didn't kick in till Aaron was 2 weeks old (they wouldn't let him reschedule it) and then was wasted as we were in hospital (again couldn't reschedule)

I just hope that everything is fine with next baby :oooo:
