People said in the week cos Hotels and flights are cheaper.

When we went for the 8th the most people had voted for first week... just checked and now it's even. TBH this is why I didn't really want to do a week by week vote as the vote always ends up pretty even and you're back to square one anyway.

Is there anyone that can't make Tuesday the 7th then?

I can do either il have to book it off though but need to know soon on a definate day as it gets pretty much booked up at work!

Just a thought, but maybe towards the end of the week would be better for people who are having to stay overnight, then if they want they can make a weekend of it?

I really don't care on the day but it just needs sorting now, we can keep changing the day but we're never going to please everyone. I thought people wanted mid week for the hotel prices, which means if we choose a friday the roads will be busy, the hotels more money and the flights more expensive too.

TBH, that's a bit more tough for me as I work Mon/Tue.

However, I'll try and sort something out with work. At the end of the day, there are so many of us there will never be one day that suits all. Those of us that really want to come may have to move things around to make it possible. That's just the way of the world [/b]

I work Thursdays but if it suits more people we can try for Thursday and I'll book it off, I did that last year.

Nah I don't mean YOU are doing me nut in, it's just we're never gonna please everyone, I learned that last year I want you to come so if you can't make Wednesday we can try for another day.
